  1. It would be great if we could choose more than one provider to block time for (ex: staff meetings) etc as opposed to blocking time on each provider individually.

  2. On the clients profile there should be a way to initiate a balance due. Maybe balance due can be inserted as a negative number under "account credit".

    Or maybe there can be an option to add no show fee upon checkout.

    Right now there is absolutely no option for additional fees that aren't taxed or counted as an inventory item.

  5. This feature allows patients to automatically receive personalized post-treatment instructions immediately after they complete their checkout. Instead of relying on verbal reminders or paper handouts (which can be misplaced or forgotten), the system sends clear, standardized, and customizable aftercare instructions directly to the patient’s email or via text. This ensures they have easy access to care information once they leave the spa.

  6. Rescheduled appointments need to be recorded and displayed in appointment history. Not just cancellations. If a client reschedules 10 times, it doesn't show anything. This is very pertinent information. From a booking standpoint, a reschedule is still a cancellation of that time slot.

  7. We need to be able to see the movement history of appointments. Original booking date & who booked it as well as any dates it was rescheduled/moved and who moved or rescheduled the appointment.

  8. The fact that you can not save the date range ("month to date" or "last month") with the reports is a huge setback

    It always resets when you open (re-open) the report.

  9. Inventory audits are TIME CONSUMING! Currently physical counts are then manually compared to Boulevard counts, which adds up to hours of time investment each month. Would love the option to upload a form that includes our physical counts, which would then auto-flag items with discrepancies. This would save a tremendous amount of work. (This functionality exists in other software brands, so would also help to keep Boulevard in par with its competitors) :)

  10. Please make it so that add-on services can be added at check-out (just like we add-on retail products) instead of having to go back and edit the original appointment. It messes up the calendar and adds so much extra work for the person checking out the client.

  12. any vouchers with an expiration date should automatically be deleted or reset to 0. Instead we have to delete vouchers one by one which is very time consuming, especially if there's multiple types or a high number of vouchers.

  20. a service provider would get paid a flat fee per treatment and that fee can be different for each treatment. It would not be a commission (% of service). This was brought up with a consulting firm that works with Spas only
