Offer code applied online should be visible in the dashboard
It's really difficult to understand how well any given offer code is performing (especially if it's a limited time offer) when you can't see if patients applied the code when online booking. The only way it comes up is when you go to check the appointment out. It makes our business look disorganized when the front desk and providers don't have that visibility. Our providers will pitch something to the patient not knowing they already "signed up" for another offer. Add Accommodations without appointment
We should be able to add accommodations without needing an appointment to edit. If a stylist wants to add extra time to clients appointments, they don't always remember before the ticket is closed. If the client doesn't pre book, they have to keep an eye on their books to see when/if that client books again to add the accommodation.

alphabetize the "select category" dropdown list when adding new products
you need to alphabetize the "select category" dropdown list when adding new products. I'm tired of hunting for the correct category. because Blvd. doesn't do sub-categories like other systems i now have close to 100 categories to choose from when i add a product and IT'S NOT IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER!!!

Send booking confirmation email to clients when booked through the app
Clients need confirmation of their appointment details, particularly if booked within the 48 hour timeframe when they do not receive a reminder. Right now, Professional app does not send the booking details email if the appointment is booked through the Professional app.

Before and after photos zoom option
The photo comparison is really basic. We can’t use it like it is. We need to be able to zoom in on each photo and the it should be full screen, not the little box it is now. Also the ability to compare multiple photos at once like baseline, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month We still have to revert back to TouchMD for photos since it’s a lot better for photos.

Tighten up the Hipaa compliance
When a patient books a service they get an email with all of their appointment details listed like their name, date/time of their appointment and what treatment they are getting. Med Spa practices have to practice hipaa and this is a huge violation.

Make referral source mandatory
Where new clients come from is critical information to understand. Currently, referral source isn't a mandatory field to complete a profile and I think it should be! Our team constantly forgets or skips asking this and it's lead to tons of profiles without a referral source. If it's not mandatory then it should be a warning when creating a profile.
In an ideal world this would be a backend setting "make referral source mandatory"

Ability to set reminders/tasks through boulevard
It would be helpful to have tasks that can be assigned to a certain person or a certain date through boulevard. An example would be a client's membership is set to unfreeze on 5/31, so you set a reminder for 5/30 for the front desk to call the client and remind them that their freeze will be lifting

Blocking Multiple Providers at Once
It would be great if we could choose more than one provider to block time for (ex: staff meetings) etc as opposed to blocking time on each provider individually.
