  1. it is very confusing that the app background for availability is white and the closed hours are grey and the desktop version is completely opposite. Please adjust it to reflect exactly how it appears on the dashboard.

  2. We need to be able to filter audiences by "no upcoming appointment" so that we can have emails go out only to patients who have no appointments on the schedule!

  3. As a medical practice having the date and time a patient signs a form or a provider signs a chart is very important. Currently, each record shows a time stamp on the computer but this does not appear when it is printed. Having this printed would be very helpful for any medical legal issues. Thank you.

  4. When a patient books a service they get an email with all of their appointment details listed like their name, date/time of their appointment and what treatment they are getting. Med Spa practices have to practice hipaa and this is a huge violation.

  5. When clients book online, we check each appointment to ensure it it booked correctly. The problem we have is when we open them with the bell icon, there could be over 70 appointments and we are not able to mark them as read individually, which makes this process longer than needed and leaves room for more errors if an appointment is missed. If there is a way to mark a single appointment as read, rather than mark all as read, it would be very helpful.

  6. Would like to be able to pull a report that shows for future appt how many member appts there are, non member, returning customer non member, start a membership etc.

  9. Such as appt time, duration; at current adding services right at checkout leads to larger tabulations on utilization and sometimes even dislodges match maker since added services are covering what was bookable space.

  10. Have client notes show up with the newest notes first not the oldest notes so that we don't have to scroll through years of notes to find the most up to date

  11. We should be able to add accommodations without needing an appointment to edit. If a stylist wants to add extra time to clients appointments, they don't always remember before the ticket is closed. If the client doesn't pre book, they have to keep an eye on their books to see when/if that client books again to add the accommodation.

  13. Would be really convenient to be able to see the calendar view while messaging a client with an existing conversation, as it seems the pop up/minimize feature is so far for new messages only. Either that, or being able to split the screen or create some kind of tab option.

  14. Have one time discount codes that are personalized and sent with Birthday marketing messages. This prevents abuse by using them more than once, and provides us something to share with our guests for their Birthday.

  17. It would be helpful if I could pause new client online booking for myself only and still allow my employee to get new clients. If I pause online booking for me it will not allow my current clients to book online.

  18. The fact that you can not save the date range ("month to date" or "last month") with the reports is a huge setback

    It always resets when you open (re-open) the report.

When I'm searching through a patient's payment history and going into an order I want to be able to get directly back to that clients order history...but once you open an order you can't go back and need to start over by searching for the client again. Would save a ton of time when searching through an individual's orders for something

  20. The photo comparison is really basic. We can’t use it like it is. We need to be able to zoom in on each photo and the it should be full screen, not the little box it is now. Also the ability to compare multiple photos at once like baseline, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month We still have to revert back to TouchMD for photos since it’s a lot better for photos.
