  4. If there's a way for staff to decide if its a request or not that would be great when booking internally. It automatically makes it request and you have to unselect the heart. We would rather have to select the heart option.

  5. Is there any way to make the Calendar view have a feature where the color for each nail technician, has different levels of shading based on if the guest is late/been checked in/ and checked out.

    I am aware it shades itself when a guest is checked out. But looking at the calendar view is the simplest way for me to know what is going on with each nail tech and to get an overall view of where I need to help, what to set up for them, etc.

    Is there also a way to see appointment logs such as…

  6. We have different treatment durations which makes it difficult to keep efficiency in the schedule. Would like a way to block off hours for certain treatments i. e. always 9AM - 10AM for Treatment A, then 10:15AM - 11:45AM for Treatment B if we could attach the treatments to resources and then block times on the resource calendar that would help resolve the need

  8. Want to only see staff, not resources so we have to manually toggle them all off on the calendar filter, but then when making adjustments or moving things around the page resets and all resources are listed again.

  9. We would like to cover the service commission difference when a discount is applied. If a 25% discount is applied, our stylist does not make the full amount for commission and it requires some manual work on our end to calculate outside of BLVD.

  11. My staff and appointment scheduler are all virtual. They work mainly off their iPads and iPhones. They need to be able to schedule an appointment AND (at the very minimum) ADD a card on file for new clients.

  12. Allow for privilege settings to carry over to staff app. Limit the ability for service providers to change price/duration settings for services, modify appointments, and edit client details, as necessary.

  14. I love that customers can do a review in their follow up texts, but it would be even better if they had a link to give us a review on google. Otherwise, these reviews are only seen internally. I would like these great reviews to be seen by everyone.

  15. Need to be able to delete client/patient chart forms - sometimes duplicate forms are started or started in error and then it isn't possible to delete the unneeded form/chart.

  20. Currently when you create an offer it only allows to apply the discount to the item (per item). With this clients are able to use that discount on multiple items that are eligible. Can you all create a "per transaction" option for discounts, so that the client can only receive the discount towards the total transaction. For example, I currently have a $25 discount code. If a client books a massage and facial online they will save $25 on each item saving $50 total. With a "per transaction" option, they would only be able to save $25 total.
