  2. While the new ability for clients to reschedule their appointments from their confirmation emails is great, transition time SHOULD NOT be user facing. Clients should not have the ability to see how long it takes the service provider between appointments to clean up/turn over/take a break. For example: Our services are 1 hour MAX, our transition time is 20 min. On the client end, they see their service will take "1.33 hours" instead of "approximately 1 hour". This should be changed ASAP to avoid future confusion.

  3. We have certain estheticians who do not perform certain services, but even if they are non assignable in the system reception is still able to book the service in. I know a message pops up that says "This person does not usually perform this service:" , but if you miss that they are still able to book it. The older system we used did not even allow us to move it over and only allowed estheticians who performed the service take the service.   5. Requesting to have an additional option on the main page of the booking widget after "individual appointment". The business finds that clients have difficulty finding their packages and memberships under the individual appt drop down. Wondering if there can be a 4th placement specifically for memberships/packages in addition to the individual appt, group appt and gift card option.

  7. Can we decide when we want the client to get text or email confirmations? Sometimes we don't want a new client to get the confirmation before because sometimes we fudge the books a little for a comp service we do at the bowl before the service.

  9. More options for editing blocks on calendars/schedules.

    • Need the ability to update the times for ALL recurring blocks and appointments in a series as opposed to having to delete and rebook all of them.
    • Add a "daily" reoccurrence option for blocks
    • Add an option to handle recurring appts or blocks that are, for example, "every 3rd Friday of the month"

  10. We would like to cover the service commission difference when a discount is applied. If a 25% discount is applied, our stylist does not make the full amount for commission and it requires some manual work on our end to calculate outside of BLVD.

  12. My staff and appointment scheduler are all virtual. They work mainly off their iPads and iPhones. They need to be able to schedule an appointment AND (at the very minimum) ADD a card on file for new clients.

  15. We have clients who would like to pay ahead for future appointments who have requested to be invoiced.

    Other clients need to be invoiced for missed appointments.

    Some elderly clients come in and would like a link to pay sent to their adult child that manages their funds... and teens who come in who have parents that pay for them would like the same option.

  17. I would like to propose an enhancement to the way account credits or vouchers are currently tracked within the system. At present, when we apply a credit or voucher to a client's account, it is recorded as a sale or deposit, regardless of whether actual money has been received from the client.

    For instance, in our referral program, when a client refers a friend, the friend receives $10 off their service, and the referring client receives a $10 credit to use towards their next appointment. However, this credit is currently recorded in the system as though it were a physical…

  19. Currently when you create an offer it only allows to apply the discount to the item (per item). With this clients are able to use that discount on multiple items that are eligible. Can you all create a "per transaction" option for discounts, so that the client can only receive the discount towards the total transaction. For example, I currently have a $25 discount code. If a client books a massage and facial online they will save $25 on each item saving $50 total. With a "per transaction" option, they would only be able to save $25 total.
