  4. We moved from Square to BLVD, and one feature that I miss is that as a salon owner, I would receive text and/or email notifications each time my staff had a new appointment scheduled or cancelled.

    It would come through as:

    "Owner's Copy: Makenzie has a new appointement with Andrea Johnson for a Lash Extension Full Set"

    It was nice because I could gauge what the new appointment flow was... without having to manually log in and view the new alerts.

  6. It feels nothing reads each other. You void a purchase order but for the inventory count to reflect you still have to go in and do an inventory adjustment? Doesn't make sense. Extremely frustrating and so easy for counts to be off. Do not feel confident with my inventory numbers. Professional and Retail items.

  7. More options for editing blocks on calendars/schedules.

    • Need the ability to update the times for ALL recurring blocks and appointments in a series as opposed to having to delete and rebook all of them.
    • Add a "daily" reoccurrence option for blocks
    • Add an option to handle recurring appts or blocks that are, for example, "every 3rd Friday of the month"

  8. We would like to cover the service commission difference when a discount is applied. If a 25% discount is applied, our stylist does not make the full amount for commission and it requires some manual work on our end to calculate outside of BLVD.

  9. My staff and appointment scheduler are all virtual. They work mainly off their iPads and iPhones. They need to be able to schedule an appointment AND (at the very minimum) ADD a card on file for new clients.

  12. Need to be able to delete client/patient chart forms - sometimes duplicate forms are started or started in error and then it isn't possible to delete the unneeded form/chart.

  14. I would like to propose an enhancement to the way account credits or vouchers are currently tracked within the system. At present, when we apply a credit or voucher to a client's account, it is recorded as a sale or deposit, regardless of whether actual money has been received from the client.

    For instance, in our referral program, when a client refers a friend, the friend receives $10 off their service, and the referring client receives a $10 credit to use towards their next appointment. However, this credit is currently recorded in the system as though it were a physical…

  15. "Precision Scheduling" - Where to begin?! Right... well it was really smart to trademark since others will surely want this level of deep learning /s.

    When we were notified in April of this new "feature" I read through the online support document, it surely read as though these changes were optional or opt-in. Some examples from the support document; "When Precision Scheduling is enabled", "Precision Scheduling is available for all Boulevard customers".     We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. Between the bug fix and settings adjustment, we're confident we'll end up somewhere that works well for them!

  20. I've been open for 10 days and have had more than a dozen people come in frustrated on the page that says "add more" It is not even close to intuitive that you need to click on the service to remove it. There has to be a button added! Please!!!
