Not allowing a service to me put on someones books if they do not offer it.
We have certain estheticians who do not perform certain services, but even if they are non assignable in the system reception is still able to book the service in. I know a message pops up that says "This person does not usually perform this service:" , but if you miss that they are still able to book it. The older system we used did not even allow us to move it over and only allowed estheticians who performed the service take the service. Ability to decide if/when clients get confirmation email
Can we decide when we want the client to get text or email confirmations? Sometimes we don't want a new client to get the confirmation before because sometimes we fudge the books a little for a comp service we do at the bowl before the service.

Increase Gift Card Amounts
Please allow gift cards of larger amounts to be sold. we have multiple services $500 + and that is the max amount currently able to be sold.
also, please allow 'walk-ins' or patients who call to purchase a gift card for a friend/family members account.
scenario: we had a patients daughter call and want to purchase a giftcard for her moms upcoming visit ($1000)

Please send clients confirmations when they reschedule appointments online!
When clients reschedule their own appointments online, the system does not send them an updated communication with the new date and/or time. They then call our business to make sure that it has gone through. Please update this to save time for everyone. Thanks!
