THIS is what I have been discussing with Boulevard since we signed up! It is a major hassle to pull the points report to add back in the service providers commission. I am not sure why it is difficult to program in: Should points redeemed be commissionable? Yes or No.

Loyalty points are considered a discount in BLVD, and commissions are always based on the net sale (post-discount). **
loyalty points should not be taken from the Commission of the technician ... Commission should be based on the gross sale pre discount
