  1. Would love to be able to send recurring text campaigns and not have to send one time blasts. We use texting a lot more than emails so this would be super helpful!

  2. Currently, there is only the option to have "First Available" or "Specific Date" as selected. A lot of times our clients have to come in after a certain time but book out just in case to a later date (hence, the waitlist). Having the option to select a "Date Range" where we put in a "start" or "from this date" to a "to this date" (be able to select on a calendar as if making an appointment) drop down or whatnot would be super helpful for efficiency.   3. The business said that it is TOP priority that this report have the option to filter by date. They are needing to report on what inventory was month to month. At this time there is no date filter.

The ability to specify / differentiate each Account Credit purchase and what it's applicable towards (without clicking into history, similar to how vouchers are displayed in the Payment Methods Tab). When granting Account Credit, one should be able to choose what it's applicable towards, whether services or retail, or even a specific service or product (like Offers). Account Balance in the form of a deposit should specify that it's a deposit and have an assigned service to use it towards.

  13. We reward our customers with Loyalty points to be used on future services. When a customer redeems the loyalty points on a service the Loyalty points are used as a discount instead of a payment type. This reduces or completely removes the commission that a service provider would have received. This also skews the discount report so it shows larger discounts given than what we have actually given. Loyalty points should be same as cash.

  14. I have chair-renters, and receiving numerous people's deposits to my bank account gets very messy, especially when the deposits that hit my account aren't labeled. I would appreciate if each stylist could have their own deposits hit their personal Merchant account, that way I don't have to Paypal each stylist their deposits for the week.

  15. It would be great to have the company notified via email when someone purchases a "product" online - In our case we sell memberships and have to physically go run a report to see our membership sales.

  18. As of now, we have to use a separate software to track employee time off request, time off, sick time, vacation, PTO etc. An integration of time tracking would be super advantageous for salons.

  20. The reports (BETA) need to update in real time. For example. I need to pull a sales report for today and it shows NO data, and says it was last updated at 10:15pm the previous day (over 12 hours ago!).
