  5. Reports that show how many upgrades/per-booked services the front desk staff booked. As well as a report to show all appointments broken down by appointment type that they booked.

  7. I would like to see at the top of the screen quickly who is logged into the computer. That way I know if a manager etc left themselves logged in.

  10. In a client's account there will be a red banner asking you to fix a highlighted section with an error. The highlight is a dark, red line and can be easily missed if you're in a hurry. Perhaps the whole input field could change color to make it stand out?

  15. I really like BLVD so far, but a lot of the users on this platform are providing medical treatments and the charting system should reflect that. I want to be able to have lab results integrated, as well as a way to chart a visit of any kind without having to make a form. Ive never had to make forms with other systems. BLVD should include a more medical/professional charting system.

  16. I would like to be able to see a list of clients waiting for a particular product that is out of stock. The list should show the client's name, the product name, the date of inquiry, and the date the client purchased the product. If a client comes in and purchases the product, they should automatically be removed from the list. The client's notes should also reflect which product they are waiting for.   18. "Precision Scheduling" - Where to begin?! Right... well it was really smart to trademark since others will surely want this level of deep learning /s.

    When we were notified in April of this new "feature" I read through the online support document, it surely read as though these changes were optional or opt-in. Some examples from the support document; "When Precision Scheduling is enabled", "Precision Scheduling is available for all Boulevard customers".     We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. Between the bug fix and settings adjustment, we're confident we'll end up somewhere that works well for them!

  19. Right now, I have to figure out a way to get forms to clients when they sign up for a membership, and there's no decent automated workflow available for this. It is cumbersome. So instead of trying to automate it, I send the forms myself... but this is counterintuitive for someone that is actively purchasing a membership, spending the money, and then receiving a contract to sign later on - after they've already committed themselves. It needs to happen in order, in the same workflow process.

    A new membership purchase might not be caught until later on in the day…
