Cancelation Rate %
It would be amazing to be able to see a Cancelation Rate % of clients who cancel on service provider's schedule. The ideal statistic would show a % which would be factored by the amount of clients who cancel their appointment within the selected time frame, but do not rebook.
This helps because it shows if a certain provider is perhaps doing well in rebookings, but most of the clients then cancel their future appointments so it's not really helpful just to see a high rebooking %.

select time on calendar with resources
Whenever you hit select time on calendar, resources are not being applied. It would be great if it still pulled resources when booking that way. It should also notify you if you are overlapping resources to confirm if you want to do that.

Product wait list!
I would like to be able to see a list of clients waiting for a particular product that is out of stock. The list should show the client's name, the product name, the date of inquiry, and the date the client purchased the product. If a client comes in and purchases the product, they should automatically be removed from the list. The client's notes should also reflect which product they are waiting for. Better product reports with unit costs
There needs to be the ability to see Product Sales with unit cost on same report. This would reflect the bottom line in order to calculate our net revenue. Currently you have Gross product sales and Net product sales. But net is only net of any discounts, not net of the cost of the product. So really you need an option for columns with gross product sales, discounts applied, cost of products sold and finally, net product revenue. This is the information as a business owner i need to see to compare profit margins etc.

I've been open for 10 days and have had more than a dozen people come in frustrated on the page that says "add more" It is not even close to intuitive that you need to click on the service to remove it. There has to be a button added! Please!!!

Date Range for Waitlist
Currently, there is only the option to have "First Available" or "Specific Date" as selected. A lot of times our clients have to come in after a certain time but book out just in case to a later date (hence, the waitlist). Having the option to select a "Date Range" where we put in a "start" or "from this date" to a "to this date" (be able to select on a calendar as if making an appointment) drop down or whatnot would be super helpful for efficiency. lower credit card fees
There has to be a way to lower credit card fees. That was my only hang up with starting Boulevard. I was switching from Glossgenius that had a full percent lower fee. Shopify is also at 2.6% rate. Given that you have so many accounts, I feel that there should be a way to negotiate.

Create a monthly view for staff calendars
Have a monthly calendar view so we can see what all staff members are working throughout the month, but from a big picture overview.
We have stylists that work every other Saturday, one Saturday a month, every other friday, etc. Would be much easier to keep track from a monthly view!21 votes
