Specify What Account Credits Are Applicable Towards
The ability to specify / differentiate each Account Credit purchase and what it's applicable towards (without clicking into history, similar to how vouchers are displayed in the Payment Methods Tab). When granting Account Credit, one should be able to choose what it's applicable towards, whether services or retail, or even a specific service or product (like Offers). Account Balance in the form of a deposit should specify that it's a deposit and have an assigned service to use it towards.

Client Photos For Internal Use Only
For the safety of our service providers, we don't want to share their photos externally, but we would like to be able to see them on our Calendar view, so that new front desk workers can quickly learn who is who.

Add-ons that require a resource need to be linked to resources
We have LED as an add-on to our facial services and it would be very beneficial to have that linked to where it blocks the resource column so that we do not overbook that resource.

There's a Product Sales report in the Sales category, but no Service Sales - would like to have a direct showing of service, quantity, cost, total revenue over the selected date range. ALSO would love if this report would have % to show, over the selected timeframe, what percentage each service made of the total services performed

I would love the ability to see some of the sales data in a chart or graft. This is especially useful when comparing data over the years.

Intake forms process for walk-in appointments
Ability to add intake forms that apply to all services to walk-in appointment check-in. Currently, intake forms can only be added after the appointment is on the calendar and we would like to be able to have clients fill this out while they wait for an opening.

Being able to cancel a service
If clients have multiple services and decides to cancel one(same day cancellation), there should be an option that allows us to cancel only that service so that it would be shown in their history.

Make it possible to send out automated messages with pre and post appointment instructions based on appointment type.
Make it possible to send out automated instructions based on appointment type. For example, pre-appointment instructions for hair removal, and then post-appointment instructions telling them how to report any issues. Right now we have to hand them paper to give them written instructions, or send it by hand.

Checking receipts in profile history being able to get back to purchase history without starting over
When I'm searching through a patient's payment history and going into an order I want to be able to get directly back to that clients order history...but once you open an order you can't go back and need to start over by searching for the client again. Would save a ton of time when searching through an individual's orders for something

add on PRODUCTS to go with a service
where you can put add on products WITH a service so you can still track the inventory but help everyone remember to offer to patients. also lets patients see more of what you have if you are looking to book online
right now you can do it by making it an add on SERVICE but then you dont track inventory!

Allow to assign gift cards to a particular client if purchased by another client
When purchasing a gift card, allow for it to be assigned to a particular service, and individual. Also show the gift card balance somewhere in the client profile
