  2. There's a Product Sales report in the Sales category, but no Service Sales - would like to have a direct showing of service, quantity, cost, total revenue over the selected date range. ALSO would love if this report would have % to show, over the selected timeframe, what percentage each service made of the total services performed

  5. In the timeclock section of the dashboard, I think adding a total time clocked in each day would be helpful so we don't have to calculate the time in our head with Time-in and Time-out.

  8. Ability to add intake forms that apply to all services to walk-in appointment check-in. Currently, intake forms can only be added after the appointment is on the calendar and we would like to be able to have clients fill this out while they wait for an opening.

  9. If clients have multiple services and decides to cancel one(same day cancellation), there should be an option that allows us to cancel only that service so that it would be shown in their history.

  11. in most medical emr systems medical directors have a option to do a batch signing where they can sign 15 compleated charts at one time this would help with flow

  12. We upload at least 5 images at least per client and currently it was VERY time consuming to upload one at at time. Efficiency is everything!

  13. Instead of having to write down, read out or email a client specific prices of X treatment(s) recommended to them, we'd love a way to generate a quote through Boulevard. Aesthetic Record had an option to pull someone up on a sales tab, add everything/product suggested + any exclusive discount for the client and then generate it into a quote to send to them.

  14. where you can put add on products WITH a service so you can still track the inventory but help everyone remember to offer to patients. also lets patients see more of what you have if you are looking to book online

    right now you can do it by making it an add on SERVICE but then you dont track inventory!

  15. When purchasing a gift card, allow for it to be assigned to a particular service, and individual. Also show the gift card balance somewhere in the client profile

  16. Boulevard doesn't send an updated text to the service providers when an appointment has been reschedule to another date/time. Only the original appointment booking and cancellation. Please create a text feature for this.

  17. Whenever you hit select time on calendar, resources are not being applied. It would be great if it still pulled resources when booking that way. It should also notify you if you are overlapping resources to confirm if you want to do that.

  18. Staff does not get notified if an appointment is modified or moved from another provider. This causes issues for the staff unless they habitually check their schedules and creates more work for the front desk team because they now have to reach out to make sure the provider sees the update/change.

  19. Please include Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations. General feedback from clients was to include titles as the Last Name. The Service Providers have different levels of experience, so this allows the client to choose appropriately when scheduling their service.
