  3. In a client's account there will be a red banner asking you to fix a highlighted section with an error. The highlight is a dark, red line and can be easily missed if you're in a hurry. Perhaps the whole input field could change color to make it stand out?

  5. Nightly sales report via email. Each night you receive an email with how much you made for the day/weekend. This is what will be deposited into your bank account the following day(mon-thurs). The weekend will be sent out on Sunday night(fri-sun) Includes a list of the follow: clients name, date of service including tips. This includes gift cards sold. Gloss Genius has this feature and I loved it. Bummed its not here.

  7. in most medical emr systems medical directors have a option to do a batch signing where they can sign 15 compleated charts at one time this would help with flow

  10. Instead of having to write down, read out or email a client specific prices of X treatment(s) recommended to them, we'd love a way to generate a quote through Boulevard. Aesthetic Record had an option to pull someone up on a sales tab, add everything/product suggested + any exclusive discount for the client and then generate it into a quote to send to them.

  12. When purchasing a gift card, allow for it to be assigned to a particular service, and individual. Also show the gift card balance somewhere in the client profile

  13. Boulevard doesn't send an updated text to the service providers when an appointment has been reschedule to another date/time. Only the original appointment booking and cancellation. Please create a text feature for this.

  14. Whenever you hit select time on calendar, resources are not being applied. It would be great if it still pulled resources when booking that way. It should also notify you if you are overlapping resources to confirm if you want to do that.

  15. Right now, I have to figure out a way to get forms to clients when they sign up for a membership, and there's no decent automated workflow available for this. It is cumbersome. So instead of trying to automate it, I send the forms myself... but this is counterintuitive for someone that is actively purchasing a membership, spending the money, and then receiving a contract to sign later on - after they've already committed themselves. It needs to happen in order, in the same workflow process.

    A new membership purchase might not be caught until later on in the day…

    1. Please allow us to categorize forms/charts.

    2. Charts are the entire contents of a patient record. What you are calling a "Chart" should more correctly be called a "Note" or "Chart Note" or "Chart Document".

    3. Text fields should allow either HTML like what we can enter in fields that allow markdown, or at least allow macros where we can use short keystrokes that replace text in the note field. At least allow today's date to be coded in a text field like {{currentdate}}. When patients sign the document, does it come with a date/time stamp? Why not show that on the…

  16. Please include Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations. General feedback from clients was to include titles as the Last Name. The Service Providers have different levels of experience, so this allows the client to choose appropriately when scheduling their service.

  17. There needs to be the ability to see Product Sales with unit cost on same report. This would reflect the bottom line in order to calculate our net revenue. Currently you have Gross product sales and Net product sales. But net is only net of any discounts, not net of the cost of the product. So really you need an option for columns with gross product sales, discounts applied, cost of products sold and finally, net product revenue. This is the information as a business owner i need to see to compare profit margins etc.

  19. By creating a self checkout process for clients, it could eliminate the need for a front desk staff. We could equip our salon with iPads that have the self checkout available to them at any point in their service for a seamless and less awkward checkout process
