  4. In the timeclock section of the dashboard, I think adding a total time clocked in each day would be helpful so we don't have to calculate the time in our head with Time-in and Time-out.

  6. ...instead of only after the original time of the cancelled appointment has past. Currently, cancelled appointments don't show up in client history until they are "history" this can create booking confusion when a client is referencing a cancelled appointment and we can't find it without searching the cancellations report. The cancellation list is very hard to search through since you can't filter or just search a client without loading page after page.

    We have a call center team and this has created a lot of confusion for them

  8. Providing a QR or barcode for online gift cards would make them much easier to redeem from a phone with our current barcode scanners. It also looks more professional and up to date than typing in a number from the email.

  10. The fact that you can not save the date range ("month to date" or "last month") with the reports is a huge setback

    It always resets when you open (re-open) the report.

  11. Text communication is so simple and helpful for clients throughout the day who don't regularly check their voicemail. We can easily change appointments and answer questions. It is nice we have that feature with our own number on the dashboard on the computer, but I wish we could also pull up messages on the app so I can be easily notified with a response with a client and stay up to date on busier days.

  12. When clients reschedule their own appointments online, the system does not send them an updated communication with the new date and/or time. They then call our business to make sure that it has gone through. Please update this to save time for everyone. Thanks!

  14. We should be able to manually adjust banked product units on accounts. Employees make mistakes and currently the only way to go back and fix the account is to refund the invoice and re do the whole thing potentially days later when you catch the mistake. If we could just manually adjust the units , this solves the problem of employees adjusting price instead of using the banked units

  15. Would love to be able to send recurring text campaigns and not have to send one time blasts. We use texting a lot more than emails so this would be super helpful!

  16. The business is wanting the ability to have more then one register. They are a single location but they have multiple "register setups" within the business.

  17. Right now there is no limit to how many transactions can be performed using an offer code. Some businesses only want the client to be able to purchase a discounted gift card once but there is no limit currently to how many they can purchase.

  20. I would like to be able to utilize the marketing feature to send clients birthday emails and discounts but I can't do this because birthdays aren't collected when a client creates their profile. I would like this to at least be an option for them when online booking.
