  1. The business would like to be able to view a list of clients who have or have not completed any client forms.

  4. At our location we have 1 main computer that is used throughout the day by all employees. It would be helpful to be able see who is logged in so that there is no need to log out and lock back in just to make sure that you are actually logged in.

    Hey folks! This idea has a lot of different requests in the comments, but some of your needs were addressed by today's release: schedule view.


    As of today, you can now view any day's schedule from either the Front Desk or Calendar views in Dashboard. The schedule allows you to filter the day by the forms' statuses to keep track of which appointment still have incomplete forms. Learn more here and enjoy!

  11. Our graphics and photos look terrible when shaded with the automatic black overlay. Please remove or make adjustable so branding can shine.

  12. It would be super helpful to have a section besides the notes where the service provider can write out the treatment plan for the client for that visit. This way you can refer to it at any time in the future, the person checking out the client can easily see it and it can also be referred to if the client calls in and inquires about it.

  13. The mobile online booking through the website functionality using the widget does not work properly when using your mobile phone. Mobile phone usage has become mainstream, even more so than computers, when booking appointments or ordering food or booking an Uber ride. Mobile optimization should be one of the priorities so that customers can easily book appointments whether on their phones or laptop/desktop computers. Currently, one way this works is by enabling "open in new window". My website is run on SquareSpace and so if I'm simply running the widget, I cannot get on the booking site using the widget.…

  14. Calendar Icons: for arrived, new client, etc. are all white icons and small. When appointments overlap and the first appointment is checked out, the icons are hidden on the next appointment (top right corner of appointment block).

    There is also no icon for "Active" appointment state.

  15. I have one staff member who needs his booking intervals online to be every 30 minutes only, not less or more. It would be useful to have booking intervals be a choice for each service instead of 15 minutes or 30 minutes for all services.

  19. We really need to be able to toggle taxes on or off for services and/or products. Diplomats, non-profit organizations and others are tax exempt. We have several thousand dollars in sales each year that are non-taxable, and Boulevard has NO solution for this, so we lose money every time: we need this yesterday! We, of course, also need reports to show the non-taxable sales for reporting in accounting and payment of sales taxes to the state authorities.

  20. When the customer come in and if their information is incorrect such as name or email or phone numbers. we can have customer review that on the duo app to to confirm, correct of update the information
