Add Review Invite To Check-Out
We would like an invite to give feedback/review after the client completes payment via the Duo/iPad set-up. Once they confirm and pay, having an opportunity to give us 1-5 stars and, if they give us 4 or 5 stars, inviting them to review with Google Reviews would be great.

Client Profile/Appointment + Treatment Plan Section
It would be super helpful to have a section besides the notes where the service provider can write out the treatment plan for the client for that visit. This way you can refer to it at any time in the future, the person checking out the client can easily see it and it can also be referred to if the client calls in and inquires about it.

adjusting prices for scheduled appointments
We just had a price increase, and when I adjusted the prices in blvd it left every appointment on the books at the old price. That's 3+ months @ 20 stylists of future appointments we have to go in and manual fix. Would love for blvd to ask me if I wanted to change all the appointments on the books as well.

Updating calendar icons to make more visible
Calendar Icons: for arrived, new client, etc. are all white icons and small. When appointments overlap and the first appointment is checked out, the icons are hidden on the next appointment (top right corner of appointment block).
There is also no icon for "Active" appointment state.

Service that can only be paid via voucher, and does not show currency equivalent
Specials, promotions, voucher services sometimes do not need pricing to be showed externally since they make no sense to the clients anyway. Should be a way to make it so that these services can only be paid for using vouchers and not case equivalents or other payment methods.

client profile
It would be helpful to show how the appt was booked when viewing the client profile. Right now you can see if it was booked by client or staff when in the main calendar page, but not when in the client profile viewing upcoming appts.

Present the vertical scroll within the online booking widget for service providers more clearly
Feedback that the online booking widget doesn't show that clients can scroll up and down to view service providers available to book as clearly as possible

Customer can add or update information on Duo app.
When the customer come in and if their information is incorrect such as name or email or phone numbers. we can have customer review that on the duo app to to confirm, correct of update the information

Ratings For Cancellation Charged Clients
Ability to not have ratings sent on clients that are charged no show/cancellation fees. Currently, a rating will send and the client will usually leave a bad review because they are being charged for a service they did not receive.
Workarounds:
- Making a Product called Cancellation Fee (will mess up their reporting)
- Not sending a receipt at the time of charge (higher possible chargebacks from client)
- Turning off the ratings feature before charging a no show fee then turning it back on once processed and emailed. (a lot of extra work where admin is needed. FD will not have access…

Voiding a register count
It would be very helpful to have the option to void out register counts if someone goofs' their count and accidentally submits.
