  1. A client created a reservation for themselves and a guest but when they had cancelled the reservation on Boulevard it only cancelled the main client and did not cancel their "Guests" reservation. They assumed that both reservations were cancelled so a simple "did you want to cancel this one as well" would have saved us the money and time!

  2. I would like to be able to utilize the marketing feature to send clients birthday emails and discounts but I can't do this because birthdays aren't collected when a client creates their profile. I would like this to at least be an option for them when online booking.

  5. Being able to customize where additional time needed for an add-on service goes. Currently, the additional time for an add-on service goes under "duration." However this creates a problem when a stylists is double booking. For example: The base service is a full highlight. If the add on time is added to the "duration" then application time is too long, and then client #2 arrives too late. Further, then there is not enough time to actually do the deep condition service after rinsing the color from client #1. You cannot do a deep condition treatment before or during a color…

  9. Have a monthly calendar view so we can see what all staff members are working throughout the month, but from a big picture overview.
    We have stylists that work every other Saturday, one Saturday a month, every other friday, etc. Would be much easier to keep track from a monthly view!

  10. It would be super helpful to have a section besides the notes where the service provider can write out the treatment plan for the client for that visit. This way you can refer to it at any time in the future, the person checking out the client can easily see it and it can also be referred to if the client calls in and inquires about it.

  13. For the safety of our service providers, we don't want to share their photos externally, but we would like to be able to see them on our Calendar view, so that new front desk workers can quickly learn who is who.

  17. We would like to be able to separate services from one order ticket. We often have large groups come in that are booked under one name, but are paid for separately. Ex: Large wedding parties or business groups. Recreating each individual's specific service is time consuming and it would be more efficient to just drag them off to another order.

  18. Currently when switching between locations, if you're on a future date on the calendar and then switch to the other location, it jumps back to today's date. This is a hindrance when trying to book an appointment and you're trying to check the same date at both locations. It adds time and is annoying for the client if you have to ask them for the date a second time.

  19. Ability to not have ratings sent on clients that are charged no show/cancellation fees. Currently, a rating will send and the client will usually leave a bad review because they are being charged for a service they did not receive.

    Workarounds:

    1. Making a Product called Cancellation Fee (will mess up their reporting)
    2. Not sending a receipt at the time of charge (higher possible chargebacks from client)
    3. Turning off the ratings feature before charging a no show fee then turning it back on once processed and emailed. (a lot of extra work where admin is needed. FD will not have access…

  20. There's a Product Sales report in the Sales category, but no Service Sales - would like to have a direct showing of service, quantity, cost, total revenue over the selected date range. ALSO would love if this report would have % to show, over the selected timeframe, what percentage each service made of the total services performed
