Break down Products into different Categories?
Currently, Boulevard categorizes sales into Services and Products. It would be incredibly helpful if Products could be further divided into two categories for more precise reporting. For example, in an aesthetic practice, we sell physical products that clients take home, such as skincare and hair care items. We also sell in-office products, like injectables, that are used on the client during their visit. Having separate categories for these would improve tracking and reporting efficiency!

Make the appointments adjustable on the calander by dragging.
It would be great to be able to adjust the time of the appointment right in the calendar itself instead of having to click on the appointment and editing it. A simple click and drag up or down would be GREAT.

charting
I really like BLVD so far, but a lot of the users on this platform are providing medical treatments and the charting system should reflect that. I want to be able to have lab results integrated, as well as a way to chart a visit of any kind without having to make a form. Ive never had to make forms with other systems. BLVD should include a more medical/professional charting system.

add "reason for change/cancellation" when clients self-cancel or self-reschedule
currently we can only note this if the provider cancels for the client, but we want to know why clients change their appts when they change it on their own

Send text messages to service providers when an appointment has been rescheduled with updated time and date.
Boulevard doesn't send an updated text to the service providers when an appointment has been reschedule to another date/time. Only the original appointment booking and cancellation. Please create a text feature for this.

Product wait list!
I would like to be able to see a list of clients waiting for a particular product that is out of stock. The list should show the client's name, the product name, the date of inquiry, and the date the client purchased the product. If a client comes in and purchases the product, they should automatically be removed from the list. The client's notes should also reflect which product they are waiting for. This would be a great feature because it would allow us to see which products are in high demand and would help us to better manage our…

deceased client profiles
Delete client profile after a client has passed away. That way there is no chance of accidently using this profile in the future if someone has a similar name.

Automated texts specific to services
We would love to automate reminders via text/email that are specific to the procedure being performed.
For example, a microneedling patient may get a text reminder 3 days prior to their service to stop retinol, and another text the morning of the appointment to remind them to start their numbing 1 hour prior to their appointment time.
This could also be applied post-service as a way to follow-up, so a filler patient may get a text the following day to check in on them, or a laser patient could get a follow up text 3-7 days after their appointment.

Add Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations
Please include Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations. General feedback from clients was to include titles as the Last Name. The Service Providers have different levels of experience, so this allows the client to choose appropriately when scheduling their service.

Ability for Staff to Create and Modify Forms without Business Manager Access
The business would like specific staff to be able to build forms but not have them have access to all business settings.

Require a deposit or paying for service upfront from select clients i.e ones that have a history of no-shows are constant rescheduling.
This feature would allow us to set a client accommodation that requires a deposit or payment in full upon booking from particular clients. This would help with clients that have a history of no-shows or chronic rescheduling.

"Get Quote" instead of the price
I think it's critical to have the option "get quote" instead of a price. Some of our services vary in price, so we would love the client to contact us so we could tell them more about the pricing situation. Now the only option is to put "$0" and then in the description ask them to contact. It just doesn't make sense not having the option.

Negative Account Credit Balances
The ability to add a negative account credit balance to a client's profile. Sometimes card payments don't go through and/or they do not have an alternative payment method so it's necessary to track what a client owes.

Confirmation time stamp
It would be helpful if there was a way to view after a client received their appointment reminder when they actually confirmed and how they confirmed their appointment. For example, if they received a SMS message, and confirmed through that SMS message including the date and time.

Options to color code the appointments differently
Having an option for personalized color codes. ie instead of stylist group colors, appointment colors for return request, return non-request, pre-book, new request and new non-request etc...

Remote check in/out
Would be extremely helpful if there was a way to offer clients to do a remote check-in and out as they enter and leave the salon. this shouldn't be the primary check-in/out for clients but it would help tremendously since it has been difficult to hire and retain receptionists.
