  1. The ability to add a negative account credit balance to a client's profile. Sometimes card payments don't go through and/or they do not have an alternative payment method so it's necessary to track what a client owes.

  2. It would be helpful if there was a way to view after a client received their appointment reminder when they actually confirmed and how they confirmed their appointment. For example, if they received a SMS message, and confirmed through that SMS message including the date and time.

  7. We just had a price increase, and when I adjusted the prices in blvd it left every appointment on the books at the old price. That's 3+ months @ 20 stylists of future appointments we have to go in and manual fix. Would love for blvd to ask me if I wanted to change all the appointments on the books as well.

  9. Calendar Icons: for arrived, new client, etc. are all white icons and small. When appointments overlap and the first appointment is checked out, the icons are hidden on the next appointment (top right corner of appointment block).

    There is also no icon for "Active" appointment state.

  11. Specials, promotions, voucher services sometimes do not need pricing to be showed externally since they make no sense to the clients anyway. Should be a way to make it so that these services can only be paid for using vouchers and not case equivalents or other payment methods.

  12. It would be helpful to show how the appt was booked when viewing the client profile. Right now you can see if it was booked by client or staff when in the main calendar page, but not when in the client profile viewing upcoming appts.

  15. We store formula histories in the client notes and some of our stylists like them printed. There is no good option to print the notes, so we have to copy and paste into word to be able to format them. A printable report of this would be awesome.

  17. ...instead of only after the original time of the cancelled appointment has past. Currently, cancelled appointments don't show up in client history until they are "history" this can create booking confusion when a client is referencing a cancelled appointment and we can't find it without searching the cancellations report. The cancellation list is very hard to search through since you can't filter or just search a client without loading page after page.

    We have a call center team and this has created a lot of confusion for them

  18. Providing a QR or barcode for online gift cards would make them much easier to redeem from a phone with our current barcode scanners. It also looks more professional and up to date than typing in a number from the email.
