  2. Your lists for internal marketing are not sufficient to run basic marketing. I cannot exclude people, or combine lists. Or monitor the frequency of contact.
    Please add : exclude clients already booked.
    Please add: Do not email if has been emailed in 15, 30, 60 days
    Please add: Email client of x employee AND x employee. (currently it it is set as or)

  4. Having an option for personalized color codes. ie instead of stylist group colors, appointment colors for return request, return non-request, pre-book, new request and new non-request etc...

  5. At our location we have 1 main computer that is used throughout the day by all employees. It would be helpful to be able see who is logged in so that there is no need to log out and lock back in just to make sure that you are actually logged in.

  9. When a person purchases a Gift Certificate for someone, having that gift card automatically attach to the client receiving the gift certificate's account as an option for them to use in check out. While I understand the benefit of just selling a card and then its up to the recipient to keep track of the card. The likeliness of them not using it is higher which generates profit but we are making an effort with software such as this to keep track of everything else about our clients, why not their gift certificates?

  10. Currently there is no work around for this, except to completely delete the techs schedule, delete all the scheduled apts, and re-open and re-book apts at the other location. It's extremely tedious and leaves a lot of room for error, especially if you're making scheduling adjustments for a big amount of time. The interface doesn't allow you to reschedule clients apts to the other location either. It's really inconvenient!

    IE we are currently under construction at one of our locations, so a few of our stylists temporarily moved their books to the second location. Now, when we have to move…

  11. I have one staff member who needs his booking intervals online to be every 30 minutes only, not less or more. It would be useful to have booking intervals be a choice for each service instead of 15 minutes or 30 minutes for all services.

  12. adding a feature on "Adjust Quantities" that allows you to move product from one location to the other, and have it update the inventory at the other location.

    Manage > Products > Adjust Quantities > Transfer to "enter location here"

    we have two locations, and my location is called "Northeast" if i want to do a transfer to our other location which is called "Uptown" this how it would look if the feature was added:

    Manage > Products > Adjust Quantities > "Transfer to Uptown"

    and this way the item that i had transferred to "Uptown" would be taken out…

  18. Ideally, the business can add a tag or button that lives in every booking process. Once the client details and services are entered and confirmed, the operator (and online) will select one of the following boxes:

    • Salon Request (Any Stylist)
    • Stylist Request (New)
    • Stylist Request (Repeat)

    Generate all this data into a report - allows businesses to track how clients are coming into the salon. The report should include % of existing guests retained and % of new guests retained.   19. I would like to see the ability to limit offers to smaller segments of the audience using more filters. It would also be great to have expiration dates for offers, that way we don't have to remember to delete them when they are done.

  20. Staff are not due diligent enough to check for the add on service on the main appt and could cause unhappy clients. Making it more visible will allow staff to not have to make extra clicks into the appt to find more information about it.
