  1. Allow for scheduling staff members on an every other week rotation. Currently we have to add in staff on a wkly rotation and manually adjust if they work an every other weekend schedule.

  6. It would be fantastic to be able to block online booking for certain services per employee on certain days. example i only want to take waxing on certain days and feed my less busy employees the spray tans so id like to block spray tan services with me online to enable my employees to get booked instead

  9. Would be extremely helpful if there was a way to offer clients to do a remote check-in and out as they enter and leave the salon. this shouldn't be the primary check-in/out for clients but it would help tremendously since it has been difficult to hire and retain receptionists.

  10. Inventory on hand only allows you to see what is current. I need to see what was on hand dec 31st for taxes. I currently can't pick a range of dates to see what the inventory was during that time span.

  16. It would be helpful if the double booking option could be staff specific. For instance, one stylist is able to double book during the processing time of one appointment, but another stylist does not take clients during processing time of other appointments.

    Service Provider + Tax ID
    Clients name / info
    Date of service
    Area for Itemized section of service provided including treatment codes and diagnosis codes

  18. The ability to create a message that each staff member must read before they clock in for the day. For instance: "Our new promotion is starting today." or "Reminder, we are closing early on Tuesday."

    This will ensure the staff member reads the message and is informed or reminded of a policy, store change, etc.

  20. Create a required drop down on the dashboard so when a member cancels, a required reason field should be filled out before the cancellation is processed. This feature should also be able to be exported under the member reporting feature so we can analyze on churn.
