  1. Nightly sales report via email. Each night you receive an email with how much you made for the day/weekend. This is what will be deposited into your bank account the following day(mon-thurs). The weekend will be sent out on Sunday night(fri-sun) Includes a list of the follow: clients name, date of service including tips. This includes gift cards sold. Gloss Genius has this feature and I loved it. Bummed its not here.

  3. The system should alert if the card being scanned is already on file. Sometimes client will have the same credit card saved multiple times on their profile.

  4. When setting up an automated Reminder to Book campaign, we want to be able to filter the types of clients that the message is sent to - not just to all clients in our system. We have Botox clients that need to schedule 3-4 months out, compared to laser hair removal clients who need to come every 6-8 weeks or aesthetic clients who need to come in once a month. This feature is unusable if we are not able to target specific groups of clients.

  5. There should be a simple and efficient way to modify or update a service during guest checkout without needing to delete and recreate the entire service entry. Additionally, any changes made should not remove the corresponding block from the calendar view.

  8. We do a lot of medical weight loss and HRT/TRT which require lab work. Right now the only way to upload their bloodwork is to add it in the notes which is very time consuming - downloading the bloodwork, then uploading one file at a time; or by creating a chart then uploading it. The issue with doing it in a chart is sometimes peoples bloodwork is just 2 pages, or 10, or more. If doing it in a chart, you have to guess when building it the average amount of pages and hope no one has longer bloodwork. If…

  10. Feature Request: Identification and Pre-Appointment Communication for First-Time Clients**

    Summary:

    We request the addition of a feature that allows our salon to identify new clients who have booked their first appointment. This feature should include an option to generate a list of these new clients to enable sending personalized messages or emails to them before their scheduled appointment.

    Current Functionality:
    Currently, Boulevard provides notifications for appointments but lacks a specific function to highlight first-time visitors. This limits our ability to engage with new clients prior to their initial appointment, which is crucial for creating a welcoming and personalized experience.

  12. add a flag for messages that need further attention or review, or more info. Or at least make message unread to others can see it and notice. When you have multiple people looking at message and then a bunch of others come thru they get lost.... some sort of way to know this need follow up. thanks

  14. Reformat the 'print' view for charts as in its current state it's essentially unusable. Also add an option to email a PDF version to the client. We use 'treatment plans' as a chart where we document the client's goals and the treatments they should be getting, along with pricing and notes. We give this to them to take home, and we need a copy for staff. We created this as a digital chart, but want a way to share it with the client that looks professional!

  15. I think it would be EXTREMELY to have these options to form:

    • Manually link the forms so that we can send in marketing/client reach out campaigns

    • The option for forms to be required for booking

    • An alert or list of clients who have filled out forms (so we can input any information into the file)

    • A birthday option that automatically updates their birthday on their file (year not necessary)

  17. Would love to still be able to see prior employees previous schedules on the calendar even after they're removed from the system/disabled access. There might be a way to see it in a report, but it's helpful to see on the calendar day to day to help establish forecasting the business patterns. This would also help in rescheduling any future clients that are on their books without having to run a report & then go into the client profile to reschedule.

  18. Your lists for internal marketing are not sufficient to run basic marketing. I cannot exclude people, or combine lists. Or monitor the frequency of contact.
    Please add : exclude clients already booked.
    Please add: Do not email if has been emailed in 15, 30, 60 days
    Please add: Email client of x employee AND x employee. (currently it it is set as or)

  19. It would be fantastic to be able to block online booking for certain services per employee on certain days. example i only want to take waxing on certain days and feed my less busy employees the spray tans so id like to block spray tan services with me online to enable my employees to get booked instead
