  2. Ideally, the business can add a tag or button that lives in every booking process. Once the client details and services are entered and confirmed, the operator (and online) will select one of the following boxes:

    • Salon Request (Any Stylist)
    • Stylist Request (New)
    • Stylist Request (Repeat)

    Generate all this data into a report - allows businesses to track how clients are coming into the salon. The report should include % of existing guests retained and % of new guests retained. For appointments that are shorter in duration if most appointments are 1h+ I would love if there was a way for online booking offering less amounts of times for the shorter appointments and coupling them with existing appointments. For example if a stylist has a haircut appointment at 12:30, only offering for that day 12:15 or, 1:30 so the appointments are stacked instead of separated out.

  5. Create a required drop down on the dashboard so when a member cancels, a required reason field should be filled out before the cancellation is processed. This feature should also be able to be exported under the member reporting feature so we can analyze on churn.

  8. When i make changes to the schedule on Blvd i would like the option to publish the changes and alert the employee of her new schedule change.

    Ideally the alert will tell:

    Location
    Week Dates
    Hours for the week

    Should be a simple addition but SUPER beneficial for us.

  9. With the reception app, we were able to have the client select gratuity and then check them out via the dashboard. With the Duo, we now have to verbally ask for gratuity on all non-card payment methods. Would love to have the ability to send gratuity options to the duo app even for payments that don't require a card.

  11. In the case of a salon with only booth renters, this would force the customer to pick their stylist - "first available" might get tricky with 1099 contractors because the business could be viewed as technically assigning specific hours to the contractor

  14. This is important especially for new hires, but for all staff. It's easier to see the pricing on the calendar for booked appointments and also to see pricing when they are booking a new appointment, in order to let the client know the price without fumbling.

  15. I am unable to tell whether or not a new message has come in unless I physically go into Messages. Having notifications for old messages isn't helpful to me, and just having the purple pop up when I receive messages would be really great, especially on busy days.

  16. The ability to have the card swiped first, then the client signs and adds gratuity if desired. Currently, we have to sign and add gratuity first before swiping. Client does not like the order and says everywhere else in the world is currently doing the opposite order for charge outs.

  18. We do not use the cards that clients put on file unless there is an emergency situation, forgotten card or no shows. It is an extra step to have to use the drop down menu to change the form of how we are taking payment as well as cards on file being accidentally charged instead of using the Duo. I would love to see the feature of having the option/customization of which shows up at check out screen as the first initial option.
