  2. We do not want guests to be able to cancel their appointment via the confirmation email. If clients wish to cancel, they will need to call. This allows us the chance to get them rescheduled rather than just canceling their appointment. We won't be able to use the email feature at all until this is resolved or it's going to impact us in a very negative way. I saw at least 5 other posts for the same idea so I think if you merge them all you will see there is quite a need for this. This seems like a…

  3. Each team (service providers, CX, billing, etc.) all make notes for clients. It would be great to be able to input different types of notes to keep everyone organized

  4. An example of this would be if you have private services, special deals, Groupon, etc. that you do not want made available to the general public to book, but want the ability to send a link to book or link via your website for those specific services.

  11. The current timeblock report is not user friendly, doesn't give staff names, no date picker etc. Would like to easily be able to identify time block reasons and lengths for providers as well as view deleted time blocks, including which employee created and deleted them, and when.

  12. My business runs on a membership basis and most members set up recurring appointments. Need a way to automatically cancel all upcoming appointments should members cancel their membership without individually going to each appointment.

  18. give us the option to add more than one category at a time when adjusting inventory. make it like inventory reports where we can count multiple categories. this will save lots of time

  19. When booking an appt, online, the view shows for a week. When you click the calendar and it shows you the month, the day that has availability should be BOLD. This would allow for quicker booking.

  20. Would like an option to trigger a form to populate on the ipad for a client to complete. We had a client checkin and add a service which requires a form, but there's not a clean way to have them complete the form on the ipad. We have to put them back to Confirmed and checkin all over again
