  1. It would be great to be able to shift appointments across the calendar (to change date, time, and/or service provider) but just clicking and holding onto it and moving it around.
    Having to open it up to change the edit appointment fields doesn't feel as intuitive for an app.

  2. When filtering sales transactions by date, if you go into details of transactions, you are currently unable to go back to your filtered list. Whenever a filter is applied, if the "back" button should take you back to your filtered list instead of starting over. Currently, if I want to review each transaction, I have to start over and re-apply the filter every single time.

  3. Similar to the recent update to FORMS, please allow CHARTS to expire after a certain period of time. This would be helpful for medspas where GFEs(Good Faith Exams) need to be redone every year. Thank you.

  5. Could you add more search criteria to search for charts that are in progress and have not been completed? As in a date range and by service staff so it's easy to identify incomplete charts for a range of dates and not by one day only and to filter by staff member.

  7. Each staff member should have a booking link that they can send to clients so that that client or lead can only see their calendar. Instead they are also sending their potential leads and clients a link that also has their "competition" on there. Especially for businesses on BLVD that are booth rent.

  10. STOP INCLUDING "TEXT NO PROMOS" IN THE TEXT BLASTS. It is not legally required to be there every time. I had a bunch of unsubscribes, even from our regular clients and text users! As they pressed stop they now are not getting texts at all from us. I should have the option to exclude this.

  13. When a patient is blocked from booking, give a warning when business is booking the appointment. As of right now it just says that the chosen provider cannot preform this service instead of saying that the patient is blocked when their name is typed in.

  15. Feature Request: Identification and Pre-Appointment Communication for First-Time Clients**

    Summary:

    We request the addition of a feature that allows our salon to identify new clients who have booked their first appointment. This feature should include an option to generate a list of these new clients to enable sending personalized messages or emails to them before their scheduled appointment.

    Current Functionality:
    Currently, Boulevard provides notifications for appointments but lacks a specific function to highlight first-time visitors. This limits our ability to engage with new clients prior to their initial appointment, which is crucial for creating a welcoming and personalized experience.

  18. My practice is experiencing challenges due to the absence of features allowing zooming and pitching of photos for before-and-after comparisons. Additionally, we encounter difficulties in importing photos from the patient gallery into our charting system because the system simply does not allow it. To address this issue, I've resorted to subscribing to a PICSART account, which appears counterintuitive and costly as I have to pay for a subscription just for photos. These functionalities should ideally be integrated within Boulevard.
