  2. Having the ability to create a bank of questions/dropdowns etc. that can then be added to many different forms and charts would be very time-saving and allow us to create forms/charts with ease.

    Also, it would be a cool feature to pull in products by category into a chart so we would easily make a protocol for providers to select what product they used during that step.

    Having the ability to change a chart to a form and vice versa, just in case you spent a lot of time building the form or chart in the incorrect format.

  5. Make it possible to add first and last names to client forms and have them auto-populate from their profile so that the form has their name on it if it is printed out. Legally the form still needs to have their name on the form itself, it's not enough that the form lives in their profile.

  6. When someone's card declines for cancellation fees. We would like there to be a way that we can
    a) notify them that they owe those fees before booking again.
    b) allow a deficit put on their account that needs paying before they can book again. Not that they can have an open account but so that we can track and charge for unpaid late charges.

    it is really hard to keep track of this via notes in the system and word of mouth.

We would like to create tangible travel tickets for stylists to be able to assess their clients' info all on one page rather than having to go thru multiple digital menus via Boulevard app. Client info like: Previous Products Purchased, Previous appointments, previous services + amounts paid, today's appt info and an area where they can write notes or suggestions.

  9. oftentimes clients will book appointments for their kids, spouses, parents, friends, etc. and want to pay for the service, but we don't want to put their credit card on someone else's file. right now that's our only option, or we have to book under the paying client's name (which causes confusion for service providers and makes their appointment history inaccurate), or we have to add a $0 service for the paying client just to add their name to the invoice. this is too complicated and we should be able to add a separate person as a paying client so we…

Any client forms or charts that are opened should open in a separate window so that receptionists can easily refer to the form & input the data into the client's file and so that service providers can easily and efficiently chart client's appointments. Ever since this feature was updated on Boulevard (where we now have forms open on the same page), productivity and efficiency in form-related tasks has plummeted.

  14. Our offer code list gets out of hand very quickly because all offer codes ever created are listed there and not sorted in any easy-to-follow way. We need to be able to make better sense of these codes and easily delete or hide ones that are no longer in use.

  19. An example of this would be if you have private services, special deals, Groupon, etc. that you do not want made available to the general public to book, but want the ability to send a link to book or link via your website for those specific services.

  20. Automatically Apply Account Credits

    We run a salon, and while the credit button during the checkout process is visible our receptionists don't always know to click that first in the fast paced weekend, so it would be very ideal to have all deposits/account credits apply automatically during the checkout process or have a pop up asking if the credit would like to be used. Thank you
