Change the Text Language of Booking and Reminders
Change the Text Language - Guests are coming in a day early because the language used in the booking and reminder texts is confusing them.
"Free cancellation or modification before Thu, Mar 28, 2024 at 2:00pm CDT. After that, changes will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total."
We had 3 people in today come in alone. Happens A LOT. I think this is an unintended consequence.

Name and DOB autopopulate for forms
Make it possible to add first and last names to client forms and have them auto-populate from their profile so that the form has their name on it if it is printed out. Legally the form still needs to have their name on the form itself, it's not enough that the form lives in their profile.

Reformat the 'print' view for charts as in its current state it's essentially unusable. Also add an option to email a PDF version to the client. We use 'treatment plans' as a chart where we document the client's goals and the treatments they should be getting, along with pricing and notes. We give this to them to take home, and we need a copy for staff. We created this as a digital chart, but want a way to share it with the client that looks professional!

canceling at confirmation
We do not want guests to be able to cancel their appointment via the confirmation email. If clients wish to cancel, they will need to call. This allows us the chance to get them rescheduled rather than just canceling their appointment. We won't be able to use the email feature at all until this is resolved or it's going to impact us in a very negative way. Remote check in/out
Would be extremely helpful if there was a way to offer clients to do a remote check-in and out as they enter and leave the salon. this shouldn't be the primary check-in/out for clients but it would help tremendously since it has been difficult to hire and retain receptionists.

Ability to have private online bookable services, that are not on booking widget
An example of this would be if you have private services, special deals, Groupon, etc. that you do not want made available to the general public to book, but want the ability to send a link to book or link via your website for those specific services.

We run a salon, and while the credit button during the checkout process is visible our receptionists don't always know to click that first in the fast paced weekend, so it would be very ideal to have all deposits/account credits apply automatically during the checkout process or have a pop up asking if the credit would like to be used. Inventory on hand by selected dates.
Inventory on hand only allows you to see what is current. I need to see what was on hand dec 31st for taxes. I currently can't pick a range of dates to see what the inventory was during that time span.
