We like saving cards for our guest. But think it is wrong to ask them for the credit card information over the phone. We also don't want to direct them to go book online if they already chose to call in. So, under their profile where you can save their card information, there should be a link we can send to them for them to fill out the card information and it directly get stored as is .

Dont save same credit card multiple times
The system should alert if the card being scanned is already on file. Sometimes client will have the same credit card saved multiple times on their profile.

incomplete charts search
Could you add more search criteria to search for charts that are in progress and have not been completed? As in a date range and by service staff so it's easy to identify incomplete charts for a range of dates and not by one day only and to filter by staff member.

staff having their own booking link
Each staff member should have a booking link that they can send to clients so that that client or lead can only see their calendar. Instead they are also sending their potential leads and clients a link that also has their "competition" on there. Especially for businesses on BLVD that are booth rent.

Have a designated tab for lab work
We do a lot of medical weight loss and HRT/TRT which require lab work. Right now the only way to upload their bloodwork is to add it in the notes which is very time consuming - downloading the bloodwork, then uploading one file at a time; or by creating a chart then uploading it. The issue with doing it in a chart is sometimes peoples bloodwork is just 2 pages, or 10, or more. STOP INCLUDING "TEXT NO PROMOS" IN THE TEXT BLASTS. It is not legally required to be there every time. I had a bunch of unsubscribes, even from our regular clients and text users! As they pressed stop they now are not getting texts at all from us. I should have the option to exclude this.

Number counter for mark ups
Would be great to have a number counter on mark ups screen. As a med spa that does a high quantity of neurotoxin, having a counter to double check units w/b very helpful. I understand this number would not be connected to inventory or front desk check out (which w/b ideal), having a counting system would also help prevent lost revenue.

Forms/Charts overall enhancement
Please allow us to categorize forms/charts.
Charts are the entire contents of a patient record. What you are calling a "Chart" should more correctly be called a "Note" or "Chart Note" or "Chart Document".
Text fields should allow either HTML like what we can enter in fields that allow markdown, or at least allow macros where we can use short keystrokes that replace text in the note field. At least allow today's date to be coded in a text field like {{currentdate}}. When patients sign the document, does it come with a date/time stamp? Why not show that on the…

Forms Optimization
Having the ability to create a bank of questions/dropdowns etc. that can then be added to many different forms and charts would be very time-saving and allow us to create forms/charts with ease.
Also, it would be a cool feature to pull in products by category into a chart so we would easily make a protocol for providers to select what product they used during that step.
Having the ability to change a chart to a form and vice versa, just in case you spent a lot of time building the form or chart in the incorrect format.
