Add "Front Desk" features to professional app
I work for a company that likes to use our iPad to check guests in and out. I want to be able to completely control our Front Desk menu from the iPad app so I can easily just drag our clients over the the appropriate section.

Need more service colors
I love the new service color organization! We do many services so would love more colors, maybe more subdued ones too so it doesn't look like a circus :)

Scanning paper forms and upload to forms section
It would be nice if there was a way to scan a paper form into Boulevard, so if a guest doesn't fill out their electronic form, we can still save it on Boulevard for viewing!

Beta reports: Voucher Expiration reporting
Reporting on expired or upcoming expirations of vouchers for businesses that utilize expirations. This will assist in recognizing the revenue at the time of expiration from an accounting perspective.

Be more mobile friendly when you are not using the professional app
As a salon owner, im constantly loging into my admin account to check the status of the salons, i wish there was a way to have boulevard run on a mobile friendly version, rather than desktop. things are way to small to see and hard to navigate through.

Clients become highlighted when checked in
On our previous system, when a client was checked in, on the calendar dashboard we were able to see clients highlighted or turned to red if no showed. Creating a quick at a glance for a manager to see how many clients were in the building or stylists were waiting for a client to arrive.

Gender field for clients
Ability to add/adjust gender on a client profile for marketing purposes (ability to filter under the Clients tab)
Glosslab runs campaigns specific to the client's gender and would be useful to have to target the correct clients.

Should be able to "undo confirmed" and "undo arrived" on/from calendar view.
Current workaround is to go into front desk mode and manually slide these appts back to the intended state. Example of this would be client comes in, front desk checks a client in but it was the wrong client. Service provider was notified, and gets ready only to find it was an error. Adding procedures to go into front desk view and correct the state is tedious and quite forgettable unless staff is vigilant or errs on the side of being perfectionists. Offers Stackable/Not Stackable
We have some offers for customers, friends and family, and employees. We have some offer codes set to auto apply. When our front desk checks out an employee for example the system allows offers to be stacked. There should be an option under each offer to allow or not allow offers to be stackable.

Link client appointment if appointment already exists on that day on mobile
If a service provider creates an appointment for a client on their phone and that client has an existing appointment that day, the mobile app won't link the two like the dashboard does.

Split screens or message pop-outs
Would be really convenient to be able to see the calendar view while messaging a client with an existing conversation, as it seems the pop up/minimize feature is so far for new messages only. Either that, or being able to split the screen or create some kind of tab option.

Make all reports "Live" with up to date data
When running reports at the end of the day or week to track items, it is frustrating to have to wait for a "few hours" until the reports are updated

Formula Section (high priority)😉
I think you need to create a formula section. Yes we can add them in notes, but a more efficient way would to have the right section for the right information. Formula's are one of the most important part of our jobs. There should be a time/date stamp and the ability to edit. It would also be nice if it would show up when you you click on clients name from calendar. This way stylist would know if they had a previous formula. The more info we can have the better.

Help Chat shouldn't auto popup over everything.
Sometimes I will do a helpchat on one computer and then I don't know that someone is trying to checkout someone on the other computer. They keep getting interrupted by the helpchat popup.
How about just a minimized slider on the right side that shows an animated exclamation point or something like that. So you know there is a new message but it isn't constantly popping up and blocking everything.

Appointment Type
It would be great to appointment types. New Non-Requests (NN), Repeat Requests (RR) and New Requests (NR). It helps greatly to know these stats for employee growth. What percent of their clients are repeat clients, what percent were their clients recommending them (NR) and how many were New Non Request, clients the salon gave to the stylist or colorist (NN). Way more important than Tags to us.

A time tracker for when clients go into appointments and check out.
when you move a client to active it would be nice to have a time stamp to ensure the client is receiving their full appt time.
