  2. Would love to still be able to see prior employees previous schedules on the calendar even after they're removed from the system/disabled access. There might be a way to see it in a report, but it's helpful to see on the calendar day to day to help establish forecasting the business patterns. This would also help in rescheduling any future clients that are on their books without having to run a report & then go into the client profile to reschedule.

  3. Your lists for internal marketing are not sufficient to run basic marketing. I cannot exclude people, or combine lists. Or monitor the frequency of contact.
    Please add : exclude clients already booked.
    Please add: Do not email if has been emailed in 15, 30, 60 days
    Please add: Email client of x employee AND x employee. (currently it it is set as or)

  7. Inventory on hand only allows you to see what is current. I need to see what was on hand dec 31st for taxes. I currently can't pick a range of dates to see what the inventory was during that time span.

  8. we should be able to grant access to reports by employee, not location. making it so I can grant access for each employee to view their own numbers w out seeing everyone else's.

  14. It would be helpful if the double booking option could be staff specific. For instance, one stylist is able to double book during the processing time of one appointment, but another stylist does not take clients during processing time of other appointments.

  15. When a person purchases a Gift Certificate for someone, having that gift card automatically attach to the client receiving the gift certificate's account as an option for them to use in check out. While I understand the benefit of just selling a card and then its up to the recipient to keep track of the card. The likeliness of them not using it is higher which generates profit but we are making an effort with software such as this to keep track of everything else about our clients, why not their gift certificates?

  16. Currently there is no work around for this, except to completely delete the techs schedule, delete all the scheduled apts, and re-open and re-book apts at the other location. It's extremely tedious and leaves a lot of room for error, especially if you're making scheduling adjustments for a big amount of time. The interface doesn't allow you to reschedule clients apts to the other location either. It's really inconvenient!

    IE we are currently under construction at one of our locations, so a few of our stylists temporarily moved their books to the second location. Now, when we have to move…

  17. It would be helpful to show how the appt was booked when viewing the client profile. Right now you can see if it was booked by client or staff when in the main calendar page, but not when in the client profile viewing upcoming appts.

  18. Prior to booking, widget should prompt client to answer the following questions:

    1. Is this booking for you?
    2. If yes > normal booking flow
    3. If no > is this booking for a minor?
