  1. Ideally, the business can add a tag or button that lives in every booking process. Once the client details and services are entered and confirmed, the operator (and online) will select one of the following boxes:

    • Salon Request (Any Stylist)
    • Stylist Request (New)
    • Stylist Request (Repeat)

    Generate all this data into a report - allows businesses to track how clients are coming into the salon. The report should include % of existing guests retained and % of new guests retained.   2. In the case of a salon with only booth renters, this would force the customer to pick their stylist - "first available" might get tricky with 1099 contractors because the business could be viewed as technically assigning specific hours to the contractor

  3. Currently, if you have an offer that is a dollar amount it takes that amount off of each individual item instead of just that particular amount. For example, we have a referral code where clients receive $10 off when they refer someone. When we enter this offer, it takes off $10 for every service and product on the ticket (which can add up to much more than what they offer should be) instead of only the set amount.

  4. All other salon software I've worked with had a Sales Tax Report. It seems like this should be an easy report and I've been messing around in Beta but cant separate the taxable vs non taxable.

  6. When on the Boulevard Professional app, it would be helpful to be able to tap/interact directly on availabilities the calendar to schedule appointments, rather than select the plus sign to add a new appointment.

  9. We notice if a client is rescheduled or moved from one stylist to another, no notification is sent to the stylist about an added appointment like it is if it were a new booking. Example: Stylist A was out sick and her 9am was moved to Stylist B, Stylist B almost missed that she had a 9am because she wasn't sent a text or an alert from the app.

  10. We've had people book an appointment, but still be on the waitlist for a day further out. It would be nice to see in their profile the days they're on the waitlist for, so we're able to remove from all days once we're able to get them in. This has caused us to double contact a few people who'd been in, but still been on the waitlist. Just not sure the best way to track this.

  11. When booking clients on the wait list, there should be a way to add a client to mulitple dates rather than just one and having to go back in and add them again to the other date they asked for. For example add 'Jane Doe to the wait list for the date between 3/1 and 3/10' rather than having to go in and add her 10 times.

  12. When product is returned it should be removed from client purchase history or at least indicated that the item was returned so staff doesn't promote a product that the client didn't like

  15. As we have Unconfirmed > Confirmed > Arrived > Completed in the Front Desk view.

    It would be great to actually track exact time the client arrived. Was active and checked out with the exact time log. Boulevard already Logs this information, we just need a report of it.

    Example client Anna had a 1pm appointment but came at 1:10pm

    Stylist John took Anna at 1:15pm to his chair but spend 3.5 hours on her instead of the 3 hours allocated.

    Anna Checked out at 3:45PM, instead of ~3pm.

  19. Nightly sales report via email. Each night you receive an email with how much you made for the day/weekend. This is what will be deposited into your bank account the following day(mon-thurs). The weekend will be sent out on Sunday night(fri-sun) Includes a list of the follow: clients name, date of service including tips. This includes gift cards sold. Gloss Genius has this feature and I loved it. Bummed its not here.
