  1. I would like to see the ability to limit offers to smaller segments of the audience using more filters. It would also be great to have expiration dates for offers, that way we don't have to remember to delete them when they are done.

  2. Staff are not due diligent enough to check for the add on service on the main appt and could cause unhappy clients. Making it more visible will allow staff to not have to make extra clicks into the appt to find more information about it.

  3. It doesn't make sense that we can't see a booking alert unless we click into the client profile. The purpose of an ALERT is to well, ALERT the desk but we shouldn't need to go into every profile everyday to make sure we are not missing one.

  5. Currently we would not like to discount all staff, just some staff, and I cannot seem to find a way to do that. It would be ideal to add another rule so that we could market certain staff only.

  6. We would like to be able to separate services from one order ticket. We often have large groups come in that are booked under one name, but are paid for separately. Ex: Large wedding parties or business groups. Recreating each individual's specific service is time consuming and it would be more efficient to just drag them off to another order.

  8. We store formula histories in the client notes and some of our stylists like them printed. There is no good option to print the notes, so we have to copy and paste into word to be able to format them. A printable report of this would be awesome.

  9. Currently when switching between locations, if you're on a future date on the calendar and then switch to the other location, it jumps back to today's date. This is a hindrance when trying to book an appointment and you're trying to check the same date at both locations. It adds time and is annoying for the client if you have to ask them for the date a second time.

  10. The app should have a feature that allows employee to see their schedule for that week and following weeks (ex. Monday 10am-5pm, Thursday 10am-2pm). As of right now I am having to send my employees screenshots of the schedule on the dashboard. Which is not very accurate in the case of availability changes. The only way for them to see when they work is to rely on the "grey areas" of availability under their name which is very difficult and leaves too much room for error.

  13. We need a report of each service provider's full list of services, timing and pricing. This is a basic report in every other software system I have ever used. This allows service providers and management to see only the services they perform, timing and pricing in a report. This allows us to easily print out and give to staff and use for reviews, and to write down any desired changes, before putting in the system.

  15. It would be so helpful to have a column on the cancellation list that shows if they currently have another appointment so that we don't have to go searching their profiles. It would reduce the wasted time of searching through this. Thanks!

  16. It would be great to have fields in staff profiles to enter their birthdays, emergency contacts, address, start date/termination date, and social security number. this way I do not have to have their physical employee file with me or go to the physical file cabinet for this information.

    I do not really need emergency contact information for guests, but I definitely for staff. Thank you.

  17. When using the default appointment cancellation flow, and cancelling an appointment, the appointment still counts in the total Appointment Count metric and commission is still earned for the service that was not performed, if the cancellation discount is not 100% or is charged as a dollar amount. This causes commission to be paid out, despite the provider assigned the appointment not performing the service, potentially losing the business money.

  20. I think other people have suggested similar things but I have not found this specific one. We seriously need to be able to send forms even if a client does not have a scheduled appointment. There have been several occasions where this has come up. Our current issue is needing to send insurance verification forms for our biller to access BEFORE a client schedules an appointment. This has serious financial implications for both our business and our clients. Having to create a specific service and schedule it on our calendar just to send a form is messy and frankly I…
