Would be great if Messages and Online Booking notifications also made a sound on desktop similar to help chat notifications
A pleasant chime would help receptionists know they have something to do :)

I cannot stress enough how important an auditory signal is needed, the visual is too small and is often overlooked.

It would be great if the desktop would ping or make a notification sound when we get a text message from a patient. Other platforms make a pop noise and it would be great to have that feature.
