  1. We would like to have the option on the app for stylists to be able to write notes, comments, etc in the client's history but WITHOUT having access to changing the schedule, booking appointments, etc.

  2. wants to have "member" and "past member" added to the filters on the client tab - for memberships that haven't been used in a while they would show as "past member" and members who are currently "active" would be noted in their account. This would help eliminate chargebacks for customers who are being billed that have not come back in a while and also an easy way to report on members who are not active or are past to get them back into the business.

  6. Our salon is Cash/Venmo/Quickpay gratuity preferred. Enabling Gratuity on iPad checkout would allow our clients to take the easy route put Gratuity on CC and it is not really convenient for most stylists. However, for new clients, tourists or clients that forgot sometimes gratuity on CC is our only option. In our previous system we had the option to "Print with Gratuity" or "Print without Gratuity" receipt. We think it's a good option that would allow most salons flexibility with their stylists/clients.

  7. For multiple reasons it would be great to be able to set names to only be first name, or their nickname (EXTERNAL). This is mostly for stylist safety, but having the option of making an external nickname would be great considering leaving the last name on internally is great for reports.

  8. Rather than scanning day by day to see the stylists' availability, the client should be able to jump ahead whether it be a week, two weeks, three weeks, etc.

  10. Make sure we are not auto-enrolling clients into the rewards system. Make it so they have to enter to accrue points. Also, put a cap on how many rewards they can accrue to make them use the rewards. This will prevent clients from stockpiling points and get a ton of free services.

  14. As it is currently, the copy doesn't make sense in some areas for our business. ie "which professional?" title to drop down menu and "add service" button. We are using the system to book daily chair rentals. So the "which professional?" drop down menu on our system lists chair 1, chair 2, etc not names of beauty professionals.
