Waitlist Notifications
When a client specifies an appointment time, service, and service provider and are added to the waitlist, it would be helpful to have a notification of this availability to be able to immediately schedule via the waitlist.

We should be able to add a client to the waitlist from the app if an appointment isn’t available. The app is very limiting on what we have access too.

So many missed opportunities. We average 30-60 guest on our waitlist daily. As you can imagine the time we waste just to see if we may accommodate any of they guest. An alert, text anything to notify our front desk team would be so helpful.

When services open up that are requested via waitlist, have the system automatically send messages to anyone on the waitlist who are requesting services that match the specifications. Please

The waitlist should NOT default to filtering to today only. You should be able to see anyone on the waitlist, no matter if it's they waiting on an appointment today, tomorrow, or next week. We should also get notifications that someone has been added to the waitlist, other than just the little number identifier on the calendar.

We have had several clients add themselves to the waitlist online through the option that says, "don't see a time that works for you, join the waitlist," but they have added themselves to days that our providers are not working. For example, we have a provider who works only 3 days a week, and people add themselves to the days that she doesn't even work. If there were a way to display that certain providers are unavailable so that clients dont put themselves on a list they will never get off of that would be ideal.

Have the ability for a client to not only sign up for a waitlist, but get a notification when their selected stylist opens up a new appt time of someone else cancels. They could set the parameters themselves to what day/times they'd like to be notified for.

This is huge for our clinic! We do not have a reception area and most of our usage is through the app. There is no way to see the waitlist through the app AND there is no notification when someone is added to the waitlist. At minimum, a text message alert would help. It is impacting our clientele, delaying care and giving a bad first impression to our clinic.

Currently, if someone is on the waitlist and a position opens that would accomodate it, we must manually track these, call them, book them etc. Prior EMRs that we have used will text or email the person that it is available or book them itself. This would be very helpful as we have many on waitlists.

This is a great idea and I think taking it further is important...service providers should be able to receive push notifications when someone goes on their waitlist.

I think it would be great for us to be alerted when an appointment cancels on the books, to have a little pop up window with the guests that are waiting for that day or time.

It would be great that if a preferred time slot opens up on the waitlist, the client on the waitlist for that day and time would then receive a text notification that an appointment has opened up with a direct link to confirm or decline if they want the slot.
