Assign unique forms to clients that can be filled out without an appointment
An example of how to use a uniquely assigned form would be a membership sign-up. There are conditions and rules for our memberships but no way in Boulevard to assign a form to one person without booking an appointment. Ideally we could assign a form and have them fill it out on an iPad whenever we want.

I agree. We signed up for forms because we thought we'd be able to have clients fill out a form at any time. It'd be nice if you could pull up a form on an iPad hand it to the guest and have them fill it out right then, instead of just at checkin. How it's setup now will require several ipads that stay at the front desk only for checkin and forms which is quite expensive if you have several clients checking in at any given time, especially if you keep an ipad designated for cc processing.

Providers should be able to add forms/charts to clients without having a scheduled appointment. Our providers sometimes do services outside of our clinic, such as botox parties, or working out of other clinics. It wouldn't make sense to add these clients to the calendar, also adds complication for opening up their schedule when they are not present in the clinic.

Yes, sometimes we need to have patients fill out follow-up forms tracking their symptoms but we cannot send them forms without an appointment!

We need to be able to add forms and charts from the client profile tab. If I have a client that needs to fill out forms, the only way I am able to send forms that I am aware of is by creating an appointment. I have had instances where I need to be able to view forms and charts in a client profile and it is only visible if they have filled them out. I want to be able to see by clicking on forms + charts what forms were sent and if they are completed. The only place to see this now is to go to their first appointment when they were initially sent.
PLEASE!! This would be so helpful.

There are sometimes forms that are not directly related to an appointment or that need to be filled out post appointment. Currently I have to create a fake appointment to send out a couple of my forms.

The business would like the ability to send forms and they just be attached to the client profile rather then a booked appointment

Instead of having to have an appointment scheduled to be able to resend forms, it would be nice to be able to open the client's profile and send a message directly to them using the messaging platform + attach the forms they need to fill out.

It would be great to have the ability to send a client a form independent of booking an appointment. This could be used as a specific one-off waiver or agreement of terms. This would be perfect for something like a membership sign-up and agreement.
