Loyalty Program connects with client Referrals
The loyalty program can also include client referrals. So when you refer someone, you automatically get points once it is added to your account, instead of manually keeping track. Heavy on client referrals.

add the option of adding loyalty points for referrals instead of just account credit - credits become a liability. It would be nice if we could expire referral credits/ points too!

Loyalty in general needs an upgrade. Expiration, points for each kind of thing (we do not want points for packages are already discounted) we desperately need a referral program.
