   add the option of adding loyalty points for referrals instead of just account credit - credits become a liability. It would be nice if we could expire referral credits/ points too!

    I agree. I also think that maybe allowing credits from referrals to expire would be great too! We had a situation where we did an employee contest for referrals and my liability reports were showing an excess amount of $ because of credits staff received. When I went in and edited them I noticed that it skewed my sales $ in reporting. This needs to be fixed.
