automate new guest follow up communication
We are having to manually send texts/emails to new guests asking them to fill out a survey in exchange for gift vouchers for their next appointments. I'd like the system to be able to enter a new guest into a 3-6 month after visit flow where we can send them reminders about our loyalty program, survey their experience, video links on hot tips...all to stay top of mind and add value to their experience.

Boulevard should have the option to make a custom text/email that automatically gets sent after a client checks out and has completed the appointment with the business.
Like the marketing text/email campaigns, there should be a campaign template that has the option to create a custom message like "Thanks for visiting us! Please consider leaving us a review to receive a treatment at your next appointment {insert link}."
All of the businesses I shop at always send me a text as soon as I leave with messages like thanking me for patronage, confirming my next appointment, or any niche retail offers. I believe this would be a great feature to show gratitude to clients.

Automatic emails that are customizable and can go out to first time clients after their initial visit. This can be used to thank them for their patronage, inform them of special offers and memberships, and create better engagement with first time guests to get them to become repeat customers.

Would love an automated follow up email specifically asking for a review of their experience. Would include link to google reviews since those are public vs the feedback they can leave from receipt which is only internal.
