This is so critical and the fact that this is ANOTHER feature BLVD is so behind on is making me think to switch back to Booker. We have parents book for their teens all of the time, they will book under their name, and in the note put their teen's name. On Booker, we could just click an orange arrow and switch the name to the teen. It makes the parent look like they cancel all of the time when they don't, that is the only option you give us to cancel their appointment and book the teen.

If a client makes two appointments under their name, but one is for a different client, have a way to just switch the name on the second appointment rather than having to cancel the appointment and make a new one. This counts against statistics and the client data. Also, this would be great in situations where a parent makes an appointment for their child as well, so it doesn't count against the parent's profile.

Ability to change name out. without creating a new appointment to put the correct client in.
Example: I booked an appointment for emily (existing client) but the day of the appointment it is for emily daughter, Ava (existing client). Instead of having to recreate the same appointments so they reflect Avas name lets have an easier option to just change the existing name on the appointments that are already set up

My request only under a different header. We need the capability to have multiple names under the same email and phone number. For example; mothers booking for children, wives booking for husbands.

Or an option to book an appointment as a guest vs. booking through a profile that would still allow for email and sms reminders.

Sometimes clients book an appt under their name, but the appt if for someone else. I would like to be able to change the client in the appt instead of having to create a brand new appt just to have the right client.

For example: a mom books an appointment for daughter under mom's name. To change the appointment to the daughter's name, we need to cancel and rebook the appointment.

Ability to edit client's name within the appointment. Ex: if client X books a group appointment on behalf of X and Y and both appointment is under client X's name, it would be nice to have the ability to change the name within the second appointment to the guest's name, client Y.

Clients who book online who are booking for someone else always ends up with an appointment instead of the name they put in. Then we have to delete the appointment and make a new one when the only thing that needs to be changed is the name on the appointment.
