Instead of clients going through the whole list of services to find what each stylists offers, they can select the stylist's name and see the services on the stylists' list.

Run a tag report for future bookings - booking date and amount of services.
How many reservations and dollars were put on the calendar? Also if there was a tag for the the bookings that they manually inputed as "online bookings" that partners can easily pull a report to show revenue in booked reservations today for the future. The ultimate goal would be to see if online bookings have gone up and staff bookings have gone down. This will help our partners show their online efforts are working and how much it cost for the day in ad words and clicks.

With the number of resource rooms and service providers scheduled, it's hard to read the appointment details within the calendar view.

It's a tedious process to update and publish each service providers' schedule as "unavailable". Attached is an example in Booker for closures.

Booker didn't show us tip sales within our business sales reports. The reason being that the employee tips have little to do with sales that impact the business bottom line. Essentially you are including compensation and business sales into one category when they have nothing to do with each other. Tips flow through the business but should be considered more like sales tax. We collect it and pass it on. So we have been manually doing math to figure out our actual net business sales with Boulevard- which as you can imagine is inefficient (we use sales reports every single day for accounting, budgets, goal setting, coaching, etc.)
Gross sales should only account for Product Sales and Service Sales.

Ability to edit client's name within the appointment. Ex: if client X books a group appointment on behalf of X and Y and both appointment is under client X's name, it would be nice to have the ability to change the name within the second appointment to the guest's name, client Y.

On Fellow Barber's website, they have individual profiles (not fully fleshed out yet) for each barber and would like to add a booking widget for each one.

When Fox & Jane's clients are trying to schedule an appointment online with a specific stylist, they have to scroll through each day to find the stylist's availability. F&J would like us to add a "next available appointment for X stylist" on the booking widget. See attachment for example.
Time slots change color for when we have a no-show client. When our barbers are looking at their schedule, they can properly know which of their clients were a No Show, and so when those clients look at our schedule they can see when they didn't show up.
