On average, our default scheduling settings drive significant efficiency and increase business' service sales 30% in the first year using Boulevard. That said, we're also aware that the factory settings don't work for every business, and might not be the best fit for your business. An error occurred while saving the comment Lauren Callender commentedThis is so critical and the fact that this is ANOTHER feature BLVD is so behind on is making me think to switch back to Booker. We have parents book for their teens all of the time, they will book under their name, and in the note put their teen's name. On Booker, we could just click an orange arrow and switch the name to the teen. It makes the parent look like they cancel all of the time when they don't, that is the only option you give us to cancel their appointment and book the teen.

This needs to get fixed. There is an option to add discount with the 3 dot next to the appointment/service type but you can only manually add a discount. You should be able to select an offer code here.
