  1. More refined permissions, beyond the current "Manage Business" or "Manage Location" tabs access level. They need the ability to grant permissions for specific tasks within this tab. For example, a business may want to permit a team member to manage inventory levels but restrict access to product creation, employee management, or other sensitive areas.

    This granular control would enable businesses to delegate responsibilities accurately while safeguarding critical operational aspects.

  4. When manually adding account credit or vouchers to a client's account it would be nice to have the ability to add a note to describe why they're being added. Sometimes they're due to previous circumstances or customer service, so adding the reason would be helpful for questions in the future

  8. Would like to be able to add retail products to packages.

    example: Double process service package that includes initial lightening service, followup gloss/toner 3-4 weeks out, an in salon bonding strengthening treatment, and a take home travel size shampoo/conditioner.

    1. This is helpful in introducing professional salon product to clients who may not have tried it yet,

    2. Insurance that the client is using professionally prescribed products supporting their investment in hair color services,

    3. Coming back with healthier hair to work with

    4. Clients will then come back and purchase full size product once they are hooked

  9. Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected. With BLVD at least one of the connections goes down daily. Personally I would prefer a…

  12. Sometimes mistakes are made during the checkout process. It would help if we were able to edit closed orders. Example: We scheduled a same day client for a future day, closed out the order and are unable to remove her from the calendar for that future day.

  15. There is no way to refund a service paid with a voucher. It's not uncommon for the front desk to make an error in ringing up a patient and if it's caught the next day there needs to be a way to undo it. We have varying redeemed voucher values and services. I cannot keep manually adjusting payroll outside of BLVD because this causes discrepancies between payroll and BLVD. It also can skew providers sales. BLVD needs to be able to account for every scenario that could occur with a transaction.

  16. The loyalty program can also include client referrals. So when you refer someone, you automatically get points once it is added to your account, instead of manually keeping track. Heavy on client referrals.

  17. We need the ability to send treatment consent forms over manually to patients without them needing to schedule a new appointment. In the forms and charts section, there should be the option to send treatment forms directly to a patient with an existing account.
