  1. We would like the option to modify the text in the Review Request window. This will allow us to redirect our Clients to other platforms in which to leave a review. Such as our google profile.

    Currently, the review request redirects to boulevard and we would like an option to customize this.

  3. We want to make offers like "15% off combo services" but the current offer system lets you add items to the offer inclusion but does not give you specific rule flexibility to say it must be at least a service from " this category AND that category"

    The programming behind adding more flexible logic to the offers shouldn't be difficult, it is just a matter of a few more logic gate parameters.

    We would have it be done at checkout but we had to do 100% deposits since we cannot do a specific booking deposit amount for an appt. So…

  4. Todays date, client name, and DOB should auto-populate on all charts and forms. Its insane that it doesn't. For those of us providing medical services, there are legal requirements for charting. Please fix this ASAP.
    It would also be nice if service and date of service to auto-populate.

  5. We offer seasonal services, and we just had someone schedule our fall Pumpkin Spice service in January. It would be nice to limit the calendar time that these services are available to be booked.

  6. Would love a detailed report for inventory. One that shows you "hot & cold" inventory or inactive inventory.

    Examples:

    1. listing products from most purchased to least purchased.
    2. A report that shows inactive inventory. No sales and no inventory adjustments made during a specific time period.

    Currently the only way to do this is by clicking each individual product in inventory to show "last purchased on, last inventory update on etc." Different reporting options for inventory would be so helpful in keeping inventory in line with current demand regarding the set max and mins.

  9. Some service providers prefer not to provide services for specific clients, but they are welcome to book with others. If there was a block function, we would not have to manually change appointment times/dates on other schedules.

  11. Service bundles - have the ability to have multiple services in one service booking, and for the services to be with different service providers.

    i.e. "pamper package" books services in package back to back...
    10:30am mani - SP 1
    11am facial - SP 2
    12pm massage - SP 3

  12. We need a manager view available in the mobile app so that we may quickly adjust schedules in the app, which is something we could do in booker mobile. For example, if a barber calls in sick and we are not near a computer, we need to update the schedule. We would like to make back-office functions more accessible on mobile. It is not easy to navigate the desktop UI on a mobile device.

  14. The details for disputed transactions are very puny. There should be more information on what the bank has provided, the actual end result (did I get the money back, did I lose it forever?) What other charges are associated with the dispute. Dates that all of those charges hit my account, etc...

  16. It would be wonderful to book group appointments from the dashboard. We end up booking two appointments, but they aren't combined like a group appointment booked online. The trouble comes up when one person cancels their appointment, but it doesn't cancel the group. We can end up with an orphaned appointment on the books that takes some detective work to figure out who they were originally scheduled with.
