  1. Setting conditions for offer codes.
    Example Spend X on X = X Discount
    150 or more on gift card = 10% off
    spend 100 on X product line = 15% off
    Spend 200 in Spa Category = $20 off
    We can do this in house but when making sales online, especially gift cards, we cannot have it apply to all gift cards. setting a condition would be helpful

  3. Hello,
    When a client books for someone else like their spouse, sibling, or friend, and books the appt under their own name, it would be really nice o be able to switch the names/info without cancelling the appt. Cancelling is such a hassle when the guest is right in front of you and we need to make a quick change before they go back with their provider.

    We also like to keep notes on our guests for future reference on massage and skin care protocols, cannot link notes to the right profile if we cannot switch the names.

  4. I do not want to give staff access to all reporting. It would be great if they had access to see their tips at the end of the day. This would be great to see a tip report on the mobile app as well.

  7. Currently an appointment shows as completed if we charge them per the cancellation policy. the BLVD process is to click the cancel button and then document the appt as either late cancellation or no-show, upon which we are asked if we want to charge the customer. Charging the customer should happen, per the policy, but the appt status should remain No-Show or Late Cancel.

  11. This feature would introduce the ability to track lot numbers and expiration dates for inventory items. Currently, the system only allows input of quantities, SKU/UPC, pricing, cost, category, and brand information. The proposed enhancement would:

    • Add fields for lot numbers and expiration dates in the inventory management system
    • Enable tracking of products by lot, improving traceability
    • Allow for better management of perishable or time-sensitive inventory
    • Facilitate easier recalls or identification of expired products
    • Enhance reporting capabilities to include lot and expiration information

  12. We want to make offers like "15% off combo services" but the current offer system lets you add items to the offer inclusion but does not give you specific rule flexibility to say it must be at least a service from " this category AND that category"

    The programming behind adding more flexible logic to the offers shouldn't be difficult, it is just a matter of a few more logic gate parameters.

    We would have it be done at checkout but we had to do 100% deposits since we cannot do a specific booking deposit amount for an appt. So…

  14. Some service providers prefer not to provide services for specific clients, but they are welcome to book with others. If there was a block function, we would not have to manually change appointment times/dates on other schedules.

  16. Would love a detailed report for inventory. One that shows you "hot & cold" inventory or inactive inventory.

    Examples:

    1. listing products from most purchased to least purchased.
    2. A report that shows inactive inventory. No sales and no inventory adjustments made during a specific time period.

    Currently the only way to do this is by clicking each individual product in inventory to show "last purchased on, last inventory update on etc." Different reporting options for inventory would be so helpful in keeping inventory in line with current demand regarding the set max and mins.

  19. The details for disputed transactions are very puny. There should be more information on what the bank has provided, the actual end result (did I get the money back, did I lose it forever?) What other charges are associated with the dispute. Dates that all of those charges hit my account, etc...
