  3. Boulevard has MUCH to be desired in terms of client (the business/practice using boulevard) brand awareness. Our business spend a lot of money on marketing and setting ourselves apart from the rest. I am unsure why there are not more personalization options available to the clients who are supporting boulevard. The current options available are even less than what square merchant processer offers.

    My booking overlay appears to be out of the stone age.

  4. If the client's appointment is already confirmed, the Forms Reminder email should look different than the confirmation email. Including the subject line, it all reads like another confirmation email so clients will ignore it because they think "I've already confirmed," often times they don't think to scroll down and see that forms are missing. At the very least, the subject line should indicate the difference.

  7. It would be great to have access to adjust an order after it's been completed. If it was finalized wrong, for example, missing a discount, it would be great to adjust the original order by "refunding" the first service/product, then adding it correctly and then finalizing again so that we are only adjusting the client's payment by the difference instead of refunding the entire thing, just to rebook and finalize again.

  10. online booking exact dollar amounts instead of percentages. When we set up online booking deposits, we can only do a percentage. Our business charges exact dollar amounts like $77, $99, etc.

  12. A page like the cancellations page that shows only rescheduled appointments. Often times a client will reschedule same day, close to their appointment time and I cant find who it was, like their name to see if it is a common re occurrence.

  13. Need to have Medical history with ICD10 codes, Medication with Interaction checker, and Escribe. Especially since most Med Spas prescribe medication for hormones, weight loss etc. It is actually critically needed.

  15. Add integration capabilities with Rupa Labs to streamline lab test ordering and results management. This integration would allow healthcare providers using Boulevard to:

    • Seamlessly order lab tests directly through the Boulevard platform
    • Automatically receive and store lab results in patient profiles

    • Send automated notifications to patients about lab results

  18. Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.
