  1. We would like the option to be able to add an existing client's name to a completed sale after it's done. Sometimes our stylists ring out their guests as a walk-in and don't add the name. It makes it difficult if the client wants to see what they bought in the future, or return something later. Having the option to add the name after would be fantastic!

    For example: $25 gift card purchase amount, with a 20% off discount. Used the gift card to purchase a tumbler (retail price is $22.99), including $1.93 in tax which comes out to $24.92. They made a profit of $18.07.

  4. We get alot of clients that change their mind when they get home, so they come back in and want to exchange the product or get a refund without ever using the product. So we would put the product back into inventory to sell since it is unopened.

  5. It would be very helpful for the stylists at our salon to be able to see clients' preferred pronouns on the app, without having to click into the client's profile to see that information. This information is visible on the desktop calendar view, but the stylists view their schedules on their phones.

  6. a report that will allow users to adjust how the commission tiers are activated, in my salon our tiers are on gross income, not after the business charge is removed from teh total wages.

  7. there needs to be a full price option to charge a no show client.
    Different salons have different cancellation policies.

    creating a product "cancellation fee" and then having to remove tax is to much extra work in order just to make one switch from 50% charge to full price charge

  8. When a client comes in to get a services redone/corrected by another stylist it would be nice to have the option to transfer a partial amount of the commission to the person who corrected it. I don't want to take someone's full commission for a simple fix like a toner.

  10. Current liabilities reports are a snapshot in time at the current moment, but that makes it difficult to reconcile previous time periods. Liabilities should include a date field to be able to go back and see the liabilities for Dec 31 or June 30th.

  14. Support for multi-merchant businesses to process payments for deposits and account credit in affiliation with their multi-merchant accounts i.e. have the ability to direct deposit funds to a specific merchant account rather than the general business.

  17. Some of our client's children use their parent's number but it's actually the parent's phone, and sometimes when the parent texts us it shows at the child's name. We're using the client tags as a small work around - marking children's, spouse's, or family member's profiles just so we know to double check the phone number, but it would be great if we could set which name defaults when we're texted by the number. Also - if a client and their child are booked on the same day with the same number, we've noticed that the confirmation text doesn't remind…

  18. I think asking our clients what they would like to tip outloud puts both the receptionist and client in a weird position. We've been suggested by a few to allow discreet tipping, either on the Ipad app or through email.

  20. I've gotten a few calls regarding clients wanting to print out their online gift card purchase so I recommend for them to email the gift card to themselves so they could print it out.

    Please allow clients the option to print without having to email it to themselves as not all of them will think to do this.
