Enable patients to see and review forms signed and needs to be signed
Create a way for a provider to sign a form and then send to patient to "sign off" on like the Good Faith exam. Also enable review of forms signed on patient portal.

Yes, clients need to have access to all of the signed forms. For consent and also to reference pre/post care forms
