  4. We have had employees clock-in on the time-clock from locations other than the business location. Can we restrict time-clock access to only the business computer, without completely restricting remote dashboard access?

  5. Hi,

    As a business owner/manager/admin of the Boulevard system, I need to know when clients or a technician books an appointment so that I (i) know that the schedule has been modified and (ii) to double check that the client has booked the right service. It doesn't help that only the technician or service provider gets notified that they have an appointment; frankly it doesn't really help as they can see on their calendar view if they have appointments scheduled for the day that they are supposed to work.   6. Send automated SMS message saying "Sorry we missed you, how can we help" or send booking widget link to book appointment online. If the client requests to be contacted by staff, have a way to notify front desk in dashboard.

  7. It would be fantastic if there were a way to run a report for specific client/appointment tags. Example: We have a client tag that states "Stylist was late to client" I would like to run a report to see which stylists of mine are repeat offenders. Or we have a "no charge" client tag- again it would be amazing to run a report to see which clients are not being charged/ how often this takes place.

  8. We get alot of clients that change their mind when they get home, so they come back in and want to exchange the product or get a refund without ever using the product. So we would put the product back into inventory to sell since it is unopened.

  9. Hello,

    We would love to have the option to link appointments together. Its great that we can do this at checkout but would be awesome to have the option ahead of time. Linking them so when you hover over the appt on the calendar view it highlights both guests/appts showing they are together

  10. Hello,

    It would be extremely helpful to both us and our clients that self book if they had the ability to check the account associated with their email to see what vouchers they had left to redeem and click through to book those items.

    On the Dashboard side through the Clients tab, it would be nice to be able to pull up a client and easily see what vouchers they have remaining as well.

  11. instead of having the 4/6/8 week button from todays date, it would be nice if it went from where you are on the calendar. So if a client likes to book for every 4 weeks and go every 4 weeks from that date and not just from todays date. The calendar would jump to every 4/6/8 weeks from any date.

  12. I am paying an ungodly amount in fees to quickbooks for rent each week and would rather give yall that money and have it all tracked in one place for me as a owner. Or some way to create a recurring payments with ACH or credit.

  17. Support for multi-merchant businesses to process payments for deposits and account credit in affiliation with their multi-merchant accounts i.e. have the ability to direct deposit funds to a specific merchant account rather than the general business.

  19. Some of our client's children use their parent's number but it's actually the parent's phone, and sometimes when the parent texts us it shows at the child's name. We're using the client tags as a small work around - marking children's, spouse's, or family member's profiles just so we know to double check the phone number, but it would be great if we could set which name defaults when we're texted by the number. Also - if a client and their child are booked on the same day with the same number, we've noticed that the confirmation text doesn't remind…

  20. I've gotten a few calls regarding clients wanting to print out their online gift card purchase so I recommend for them to email the gift card to themselves so they could print it out.

    Please allow clients the option to print without having to email it to themselves as not all of them will think to do this.
