  3. It would be great if I could create a 'New Sale' without adding the client info into the system. We have alot of walkin's from nearby hotels that we would prefer are left out of metric reports since they will not be returning to the business. In our former software the option in the register was 'Anonymous Male' 'Anonymous Female'

  4. We notice if a client is rescheduled or moved from one stylist to another, no notification is sent to the stylist about an added appointment like it is if it were a new booking. Example: Stylist A was out sick and her 9am was moved to Stylist B, Stylist B almost missed that she had a 9am because she wasn't sent a text or an alert from the app.

  8. Not being able to edit tickets once the sale is pushed through is becoming a major issue for us. Mistakes happen or when new staff are at the front, it's hard to fix or we don't have access to fix it. Understand why not everyone should be able to edit tickets, but there should be a way to override or enter an admin code to allow us to edit these mistakes

We’d like the ability to block off an entire location’s availability for a specific date (or range of dates) — such as for holidays, weather closures, or staff events — without having to manually update each staff member’s schedule one by one. This would streamline scheduling for large teams and ensure consistency across the calendar and client-facing booking tools.

  12. in most medical emr systems medical directors have a option to do a batch signing where they can sign 15 compleated charts at one time this would help with flow

  13. Add camera grids and face alignment templates (like RXPhoto) so photos can be lined up the same way every time. This would allow consistent before/after pictures with preset angles (front, profile, 45°) and make comparisons more accurate.

  15. It would be great to be able to schedule a membership payment/ membership sale to be a date in the future - Instead we are having to track it manually and manually sell them the membership on the date we want it to start

  16. When filtering sales transactions by date, if you go into details of transactions, you are currently unable to go back to your filtered list. Whenever a filter is applied, if the "back" button should take you back to your filtered list instead of starting over. Currently, if I want to review each transaction, I have to start over and re-apply the filter every single time.

  20. Similar to the recent update to FORMS, please allow CHARTS to expire after a certain period of time. This would be helpful for medspas where GFEs(Good Faith Exams) need to be redone every year. Thank you.
