  2. like the time stamps for a full appointment reschedule, having time stamps for any changes to an appointment (ie provider change, room change, etc) would be incredibly helpful when trying to figure out appointment/schedule changes among staff

  6. Boulevard should take extra security measures to ensure online gift card purchases by making the purchaser provide their matching billing address to the credit card to prevent fraudulent purchases.

    We had issues with people using stolen credit cards to buy a gift card online and then using it at our salon. Not only are we losing money on the gift card, we now have to pay our service providers their split commission.

  8. add a feature to allow prices to be set on the backend but hidden from clients during booking? Right now, we set prices to $0 to prevent price shopping, but this requires staff to manually enter the price at checkout. A solution where staff see the correct price while clients see a placeholder (e.g., “Pricing Provided at Appointment”) would save time, reduce errors, and discourage price-sensitive browsing.

  9. It would be great if clients were able to purchase packages through boulevard and split their payment over 2, 3 or 4 month installments. Only current option is to create a membership plan and schedule a cancellation

  10. It is vital to be able to show the PURCHASE DATE on the gift card report!! If there is an expiration policy we must be able to locate old cards and notify client their card is about to expire!!! From the accounting side we must be able to pull a valuation report that shows age of gift and balance at a given date or point in time!!

  13. It would be extremely helpful if we could add notes to an invoice while the invoice is still open. Now, we have to close the invoice then go back in to the "order" to add a note. Our providers creates the invoices in the room with the patient so this feature would be helpful for them to add notes in the invoice for front desk to see or even for front desk to add notes.

  14. Can there be a way to close out all marketing text messages once they are sent out, so they do not flood the open messages and then needs to be closed 1 by 1. There are hundreds.

  18. Say someone comes in and gets 10 units of Botox at $12/unit ($120) and the business charge is $8/per unit. The business should get $96 back before commission is paid out but if there is just a flat fee and it is not set per unit then they are only getting $8 back for 1 unit. and everyone gets a different amount of units so we can't just put a random number in the business service charge.

  19. Automatically tag a client when a product is purchased.

    We have monthly memberships and we manually add a 'member' tag, but it would be time-saving if you could setup the products to auto tag upon purchase.

  20. I'd like to be able to see the breakdown of the cash register in previous day's register count. Right now you can only see the cash totals and it would help to troubleshoot when there are register discrepancies to be able to see if someone just counted the total number of 20 bills wrong.
