Customizable Staff Privileges
Being able to restrict service providers from viewing certain reports/limiting them to see their own metrics would be very helpful.

Email notification when a client books online
It would be amazing if the Manager/Salon received an email notification when a client books an appointment online so whomever is managing the salon and schedule can keep on top of when an appointment is booked online when they are not currently open/at the salon with the dashboard open to see the bell notice. Currently only the provider is notified which doesn't help management with ensuring schedules are correct and all information needed from the client is collected before their appointment if client books online outside of working hours. Required Finishing Service for Online Booking
I think it would be wonderful if there was a way to require a finishing service when booking online. So after the client books a Root Touch up, the next required action would be to choose a cut/style or blow dry/style.
This would be very helpful to minimize calling guests and rescheduling because the color service they are requesting doesn't allow time for finishing and therefore doesn't fit in the slot originally requested.If this is already available, my apologies. :)

Schedule practitioner by service
For example, have someone available for service 1 and 2 from 8-2, but after 2, only available for service 2. Also, daily capping on service time per practitioner - for example massage therapist wants to limit to 5 table hours a day.

Permission: Add / Edit / Delete client notes
Currently the note settings is over all. If a note can be added by the user, they can also edit and delete. The business wants the user to be able to add notes but not have permissions to delete or edit.

Automatically Apply Account Credits
We run a salon, and while the credit button during the checkout process is visible our receptionists don't always know to click that first in the fast paced weekend, so it would be very ideal to have all deposits/account credits apply automatically during the checkout process or have a pop up asking if the credit would like to be used. Remove case sensitivity from email addresses
Emails are not case-sensitive in any other platform that we are aware of. This, combined with allowing more than one profile to use the same email address, amounts to an enormous amount of duplicate profiles in our system.

Move Forms between clients
We often have spouses or parents book appointments for other people and fill the forms out in the other person's name. We then end up with an incorrect form in their profile. It would be nice to be able to copy or move that form to another profile to keep our records matching.

Improved balance visibility for gift cards
I can't run a visa/salon gift card unless the customer knows how much is on the card. It would be nice if Boulevard could charge a gift card then show the remaining amount due. Right now, I have to "charge partial" to a gift card and enter an exact amount. This is difficult because a lot of clients don't know their gift card balances.

Adding a client's name to a sale after it's finalized
We would like the option to be able to add an existing client's name to a completed sale after it's done. Sometimes our stylists ring out their guests as a walk-in and don't add the name. It makes it difficult if the client wants to see what they bought in the future, or return something later. Having the option to add the name after would be fantastic!

There needs to be a description when entering products "retail", "backbar" . many vendors supply both retail and backbar. its such a hassle to pull up backbar reports.

Make client pronouns more visible on app main screen
It would be very helpful for the stylists at our salon to be able to see clients' preferred pronouns on the app, without having to click into the client's profile to see that information. This information is visible on the desktop calendar view, but the stylists view their schedules on their phones.
