appointment change history
like the time stamps for a full appointment reschedule, having time stamps for any changes to an appointment (ie provider change, room change, etc) would be incredibly helpful when trying to figure out appointment/schedule changes among staff

More robust Medical History (with ICD10 codes), Medications, Allergies, and Drug interaction checker.
Need to have Medical history with ICD10 codes, Medication with Interaction checker, and Escribe. Especially since most Med Spas prescribe medication for hormones, weight loss etc. It is actually critically needed.

Vital Signs and BMI calculation for height and weight
We are an IV hydration and wellness center so it would be nice if vital signs were able to be put in automatically. Height and weight with BMI calculation is important because we also do medical weightloss. This is very important to have the BMI calculated for us.

Allow editing of submitted forms and charts
You should be able to edit forms and charts and just have the time stamp reflect that it was edited like in all other EMR systems.

Integration with Rupa Labs
Add integration capabilities with Rupa Labs to streamline lab test ordering and results management. This integration would allow healthcare providers using Boulevard to:
- Seamlessly order lab tests directly through the Boulevard platform
- Automatically receive and store lab results in patient profiles
- Track pending lab orders and results
- Send automated notifications to patients about lab results

I need to be able to print appointments for guests
Guests would love for us to be able to print all upcoming appointments. We can screen shot from the computer but it would be very helpful to print out for those guests who are not tech savy.

The ability to edit client notes instead of having to make a new note
Having the ability to edit and make changes to client notes instead of having to make a new note or deleting a note and starting over to make corrections or add additional notes.

Offer Organization
Please please please please create a way to sort offers or put them in folders or something. It's absolute insanity after awhile with discount codes, influencer codes, adjustment codes... and it only sorts by recency. Sorting first, searching second (though that can be handled by a good ol' CTRL + F)

Notification for blocked patients when booking.
When a patient is blocked from booking, give a warning when business is booking the appointment. As of right now it just says that the chosen provider cannot preform this service instead of saying that the patient is blocked when their name is typed in.

Allow business service charge to be set per unit rather than a flat fee
Say someone comes in and gets 10 units of Botox at $12/unit ($120) and the business charge is $8/per unit. The business should get $96 back before commission is paid out but if there is just a flat fee and it is not set per unit then they are only getting $8 back for 1 unit. and everyone gets a different amount of units so we can't just put a random number in the business service charge.

When charging for no shows or late cancels those transactions should NOT count toward loyalty points!

Forms Optimization
Having the ability to create a bank of questions/dropdowns etc. that can then be added to many different forms and charts would be very time-saving and allow us to create forms/charts with ease.
Also, it would be a cool feature to pull in products by category into a chart so we would easily make a protocol for providers to select what product they used during that step.
Having the ability to change a chart to a form and vice versa, just in case you spent a lot of time building the form or chart in the incorrect format.
