  1. Lead capture of name, phone #, and email when someone clicks the booking link but does not book. In order to accomplish this, ask for this information prior to seeing booking options.

  2. Say someone comes in and gets 10 units of Botox at $12/unit ($120) and the business charge is $8/per unit. The business should get $96 back before commission is paid out but if there is just a flat fee and it is not set per unit then they are only getting $8 back for 1 unit. and everyone gets a different amount of units so we can't just put a random number in the business service charge.

  3. Automatically tag a client when a product is purchased.

    We have monthly memberships and we manually add a 'member' tag, but it would be time-saving if you could setup the products to auto tag upon purchase.

  4. Change the Text Language - Guests are coming in a day early because the language used in the booking and reminder texts is confusing them.

    "Free cancellation or modification before Thu, Mar 28, 2024 at 2:00pm CDT. After that, changes will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total."

    We had 3 people in today come in alone. Happens A LOT. I think this is an unintended consequence.

  5. Wish there was verbage on the email booking confirmations something along the lines "add to calendar" or make the appointment time and sevice a link to click. A lot of clients are unaware that theyt can create a calendar event.

  8. We need to be able to set custom "low inventory" numbers when using "Bulk Add" in a purchase order. When using bulk add, almost 100 products get added, and many have 4, 5, & 6 units in stock. Then we have to go through and delete those items, making bulk add a feature that doesn't make the process any easier or faster.

    For our business, 5-6 units are full stock for most items. We want to be able to set "low inventory" as 0-2 units per item. Bonus if we could set custom low inventory for different categories as well,…

  9. I'd like to be able to see the breakdown of the cash register in previous day's register count. Right now you can only see the cash totals and it would help to troubleshoot when there are register discrepancies to be able to see if someone just counted the total number of 20 bills wrong.

  12. We need a way to track outstanding balance for customers on bigger packages. Some don't get approved through Cherry, etc. so we allow them make weekly payments throughout their 6-8 week package. There is a way to track customer credits but we need a way to track amount owed and ideally this would populate during checkout.

  17. Can we have the calendar show how many weeks in the past a certain date is(-1w, -2w, etc)? I frequently have to count backwards on the calendar and that would help.

  18. For instance, some days I do permanent makeup, some days I do lashes, and some days I work on management duties in my office. Currently I have to have 3 separate staff profiles for this which is confusing. It would be nice to have the option for staff/owners to clock in under specific roles instead of having to create multiple staff profiles for one person. The same applies to staff. If they are training I still need them to clock in, but I need them to clock in for training, not for services as they are paid at a different…
