We would even love an option to be added on the forms that checkboxes with numbers are added into a input summary box that can auto populate fitzpatrick scores through the forms and chart options.

We would like to have the Fitzpatrick skin type integrated into the client profile or overview, allowing it to be easily accessible from the forms clients fill out. This information is crucial for certain procedures in our med spa. Additionally, we’d like to implement a form that automatically calculates and displays the score based on the responses to the Fitzpatrick test.

Business logic/math behind some of the forms would be awesome.
Example: Are you currently pregnant?
Yes = expand section with more questions about pregnancy and require completion of those questions
No = continues to next question
