  1. Allow businesses to customize post-appointment follow-up messaging and to link our review platform, like Google Reviews. Right now, the canned SMS/email only directs clients to rate their experience inside Boulevard. That does nothing to boost a business’s online presence.

    I want to be able to insert my own google review link (or other platforms) and to customize my messaging to match our brand voice and marketing strategy.

    Without this, Boulevard is limiting growth and keeping reviews locked in its own system instead of helping businesses build the visibility and reputation that actually drive new clients.

  10. Boulevard should take extra security measures to ensure online gift card purchases by making the purchaser provide their matching billing address to the credit card to prevent fraudulent purchases.

    We had issues with people using stolen credit cards to buy a gift card online and then using it at our salon. Not only are we losing money on the gift card, we now have to pay our service providers their split commission.

  11. It would be great if clients were able to purchase packages through boulevard and split their payment over 2, 3 or 4 month installments. Only current option is to create a membership plan and schedule a cancellation

  13. Add integration capabilities with Rupa Labs to streamline lab test ordering and results management. This integration would allow healthcare providers using Boulevard to:

    • Seamlessly order lab tests directly through the Boulevard platform
    • Automatically receive and store lab results in patient profiles
    • Track pending lab orders and results
    • Send automated notifications to patients about lab results

    This integration would enhance Boulevard's functionality for medical spas and healthcare providers while providing a more streamlined experience for both practitioners and patients.

  17. Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.

  18. Can there be a way to close out all marketing text messages once they are sent out, so they do not flood the open messages and then needs to be closed 1 by 1. There are hundreds.

  20. Guests would love for us to be able to print all upcoming appointments. We can screen shot from the computer but it would be very helpful to print out for those guests who are not tech savy.
