  1. Hello,

    It would be extremely helpful to both us and our clients that self book if they had the ability to check the account associated with their email to see what vouchers they had left to redeem and click through to book those items.

    On the Dashboard side through the Clients tab, it would be nice to be able to pull up a client and easily see what vouchers they have remaining as well.

  2. When a client comes in to get a services redone/corrected by another stylist it would be nice to have the option to transfer a partial amount of the commission to the person who corrected it. I don't want to take someone's full commission for a simple fix like a toner.

  4. Current liabilities reports are a snapshot in time at the current moment, but that makes it difficult to reconcile previous time periods. Liabilities should include a date field to be able to go back and see the liabilities for Dec 31 or June 30th.

  8. I think asking our clients what they would like to tip outloud puts both the receptionist and client in a weird position. We've been suggested by a few to allow discreet tipping, either on the Ipad app or through email.

  11. The Sales Summary report or total revenue report needs to display the adjusted amount per day on the report for that day/time frame.

    This is important so that the accounting reconciliation of the sales reports will match the bank deposits without having to search through refund or adjustments.

  12. I've gotten a few calls regarding clients wanting to print out their online gift card purchase so I recommend for them to email the gift card to themselves so they could print it out.

    Please allow clients the option to print without having to email it to themselves as not all of them will think to do this.

  14. We should be able to edit a purchase order after saving it and clicking Next. Sometimes we receive the wrong item or an additional item, and it seems unnecessary to have to create a new PO for just one item rather than be able to edit/add it to the existing PO. This would also help POs match invoices across the business.

  16. We often have parent's phone numbers under their children in Boulevard. 99.9% of the time the system uses the child's account when we receive a text from the number. It would be nice to be able to either mark the child as a child of the parent (and pick the parent in the system) or to mark the owner of the number so all of the texts default to that person.

    Having a system of parents and children would be the ideal solution, but I understand it would be harder to implement.

  18. If I'm booking more than one appointment (but not necessarily a recurring), I have to SEARCH on the client name each time and select. It would be great if the system remembered or asked if I wanted to book ANOTHER appointment for same client.

Have heard from a few prospective clients that they would like their staff to be able to see the client notes section of the client card (useful if they're keeping formula notes/other important info there) but not client contact information. They wanted more options in terms of what data they could restrict specifically in the client info section

  20. We are having clients add notes to their appointments when booking. For example, "Can I gift this to a friend?" or "I would like to add something else onto this appointment", etc. It would be great if a notification or icon appeared next to clients who fill this field out online since it is an option online.
