  2. Please please please please create a way to sort offers or put them in folders or something. It's absolute insanity after awhile with discount codes, influencer codes, adjustment codes... and it only sorts by recency. Sorting first, searching second (though that can be handled by a good ol' CTRL + F)

  4. Be able to set perimeters for required info for when a patient is being inputted into the system such as:

    -date of birth
    -phone number
    -email
    -card on file

  6. Change the Text Language - Guests are coming in a day early because the language used in the booking and reminder texts is confusing them.

    "Free cancellation or modification before Thu, Mar 28, 2024 at 2:00pm CDT. After that, changes will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total."

    We had 3 people in today come in alone. Happens A LOT. I think this is an unintended consequence.

  7. Wish there was verbage on the email booking confirmations something along the lines "add to calendar" or make the appointment time and sevice a link to click. A lot of clients are unaware that theyt can create a calendar event.

  8. In the med spa space, there is often work that needs to be completed by a nurse before the service can begin. It'd be beneficial to add an additional 'pre-treatment' time block, similar to processing time, that can be assigned to an additional provider to complete this work before the actual service provider begins the service

  9. It would be nice to have a field in the client data area for their preferred name. We need to have legal names as well but want to be able to keep track of what our clients prefer to be called.

  11. Unless the staff member has the Location Manager privilege group enabled, staff members can't access the 'Hardware' section of the 'Manage' tab, making it difficult for them to troubleshoot Duo hardware issues without someone with an Admin or Location Manager privilege group present.

  14. It would be nice if we can offer our members an additional perk from the loyalty program, since they are also loyal to us as members. The ability to differentiate points earned and/or redeemed for members vs. non-members would be great (i.e. members earn 2 points for ever $1 spent, non-members earn 1 point).

    ALSO, would love to reward our members for just being members! For example, after their first 3 membership payments, they automatically get their next month free.

  17. For instance, some days I do permanent makeup, some days I do lashes, and some days I work on management duties in my office. Currently I have to have 3 separate staff profiles for this which is confusing. It would be nice to have the option for staff/owners to clock in under specific roles instead of having to create multiple staff profiles for one person. The same applies to staff. If they are training I still need them to clock in, but I need them to clock in for training, not for services as they are paid at a different…

  19. Being able to restrict service providers from viewing certain reports/limiting them to see their own metrics would be very helpful.
    For example, service providers should only be able to see their own tips/commission, and not view everyone else's.
