    For example: $25 gift card purchase amount, with a 20% off discount. Used the gift card to purchase a tumbler (retail price is $22.99), including $1.93 in tax which comes out to $24.92. They made a profit of $18.07.

  3. One of the biggest request from the front desk is a copy and paste option for pre-booking an existing appointment. As you know we check out 4OO to 500 clients a week. Most of our clients pre-book their next appointment while in the salon. A lot of our clients have very specific appointment times that are not standard to our normal booking. For this reason a copy and paste would really help eliminate errors and speed up the process of the checkout, which we are in dire need of. This is something that we really really need ASAP.

  4. Under our previous system (Booker), clients could walk in, select a gift certificate template, tell us who it was for, what they wanted included on the gift, add special messages, etc. and we could print a nice color gift certificate for them to take with them. While we were talking with the sales folks at Boulevard, I was led to believe that this is also possible with your system (this is in addition to clients being able to buy gift cards online themselves without our help).

  5. We have some clients with paper documents (doctor notes prescribing massage, etc...) that we would love to store in their profile. Right now it can be stored as an attachment to notes, allergies, or medications. But it would be nice to have somewhere that can have limited access via permissions.

  6. We need this feature because the medical Board Requires the Patient's first and last name and date of birth be present on every record pertaining to a patient file or notes.

  7. It would be very helpful for the stylists at our salon to be able to see clients' preferred pronouns on the app, without having to click into the client's profile to see that information. This information is visible on the desktop calendar view, but the stylists view their schedules on their phones.

  8. It would be helpful to have check-in and check-out alerts, similar to the booking alerts. These are very helpful to assist us if the Client wants the following: Warmer Pod, Music Throughout, Music at the End Only, Their own Music, etc...

  9. a report that will allow users to adjust how the commission tiers are activated, in my salon our tiers are on gross income, not after the business charge is removed from teh total wages.

  11. there needs to be a full price option to charge a no show client.
    Different salons have different cancellation policies.

    creating a product "cancellation fee" and then having to remove tax is to much extra work in order just to make one switch from 50% charge to full price charge

  12. When a client comes in to get a services redone/corrected by another stylist it would be nice to have the option to transfer a partial amount of the commission to the person who corrected it. I don't want to take someone's full commission for a simple fix like a toner.

  14. I do not think the reviews are being used because 'tell us how we did' is not a strong call to action. As a customer I would not even know your requesting a review. It needs to stand out as a request. People pay extra for this feature alone so making this the best it can be is important.

  15. Allowing clients to be able to book out multiple appointments ahead of time without starting all over again. This was actually suggested by a client who is older and prefers to schedule appointments ahead of time online. She found it frustrating that she had to completely start over for each appointment when they all were the same thing over and over again. A feature where you could duplicate your last appointment or booking's services again so you can just skip to scheduling would be pretty helpful.

  16. Current liabilities reports are a snapshot in time at the current moment, but that makes it difficult to reconcile previous time periods. Liabilities should include a date field to be able to go back and see the liabilities for Dec 31 or June 30th.

  20. Need to be able to add days closed. under manage business. CLOSED DAYS category - select the day off the calendar.
    it is too much trouble to have to go through each employee and mark them off.
