Staff vacation/sick day report
There is no option to easily and quickly run a report and find employees sick days or days they were scheduled to work but did not. We don't have the time or resources to go through 12 months for each employee day by day or week by week.

Alert for issues with forms
It would be helpful if we could "flag" an item in our Forms if someone has an issue, let's say on the waiver, and it will notify us we need to review

Revenue Per Hour Report
A report that can show the dollars made per hour. They are looking for it to show the busiest/most lucrative time of day without having to view from the calendar view. Or a report that would separated per service provider to see if on average, their mornings vs evenings are busier.

Client facing app for touchless check-in
Having a reception app for clients so they can check in when they arrive at the salon in the event we don't have front desk staff (to cut down on people in the salon) and to limit people all touching the same iPad & stylists needing to remember/take time to clean the screen.

Overall Membership Discount Program
Like a costco card. Membership for a year is X dollars and X number or services or each service is X amount discounted. For instance = $150 yearly membership - get 20$ off massages, 10% off products, etc etc etc

Assign Specials to Specific Days only
It helps with marketing - being able to have specials for a company on slower days brings in more business. This is a common practice of businesses, so it would be great to have the support to be able to utilize this.

When toggling between locaions, leave the date the same as original locaton search.
If I am searching for a particular date at one location and switch to anothere location, the date should stay the same, not always jump back today's date.. one can click the 'today' button for that.

View all mode on calendar (including appts of deactivated staff, cancelled appts, perhaps rescheduled appointments, blocks, deleted blocks)
This is CRUCIAL to retroactive analyses. If I was to ask of myself and staff to forecast scheduling needs based on our own data, it would be impossible at the moment without quite a lot of workaround. Example question; "How busy were we leading up to X holiday in 2020, 2019, 2018". At present, we can only see the schedule of service providers that are still active. Workaround would be to reactivate all staff if one remembered who worked when, then deativate them... this would cause vulnerability for seconds to minutes as reactivating could open staff for booking, send backlogged…

Currently, no payment type is displayed. Need to attach gift card payment type to order and display GC number within the order.

Boulevard Help Chat Should Be Available on Weekends
A majority of Boulevard's market demographic have business hours over weekends. It's very frustrating when something goes wrong during business hours and no one is there to help.

Unread texts stay at the top of message list
Unread messages stay at the top of the message list. When marketing texts go out, we lose all our current conversations in the message list. With thousands of marketing texts going out, we have to scroll back all the way to find the unread messages from current conversations.

gift card
We NEED to update the gift card section of this booking software. It is near impossible to locate our clients' gift cards in our system. 9/10 times people are not buying gift cards for themselves, so it makes NO sense to only attach gift cards to the person who purchased them. We NEED a "To: " and "From:_" section, it also needs an expiration date column, because ours expire after 5 years and there is no way to tell on this system. STOP ADDING RESOURCES TO SCREEN DURING BOOKING!!!
Can we PLEASE stop with the resources populating the schedule every time we book an appointment. It's incredibly frustrating and TIME WASTING TO HAVE TO GO DELETE THEM ALL AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN ALL FRICKING DAY LONG!!!!! If I wanted all those columns jumbling up my schedule I would put them there!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!
