  2. I think asking our clients what they would like to tip outloud puts both the receptionist and client in a weird position. We've been suggested by a few to allow discreet tipping, either on the Ipad app or through email.

  4. There is no option to easily and quickly run a report and find employees sick days or days they were scheduled to work but did not. We don't have the time or resources to go through 12 months for each employee day by day or week by week.

  6. Like a costco card. Membership for a year is X dollars and X number or services or each service is X amount discounted. For instance = $150 yearly membership - get 20$ off massages, 10% off products, etc etc etc

  7. We often have parent's phone numbers under their children in Boulevard. 99.9% of the time the system uses the child's account when we receive a text from the number. It would be nice to be able to either mark the child as a child of the parent (and pick the parent in the system) or to mark the owner of the number so all of the texts default to that person.

    Having a system of parents and children would be the ideal solution, but I understand it would be harder to implement.

  8. If I'm booking more than one appointment (but not necessarily a recurring), I have to SEARCH on the client name each time and select. It would be great if the system remembered or asked if I wanted to book ANOTHER appointment for same client.

  10. We are having clients add notes to their appointments when booking. For example, "Can I gift this to a friend?" or "I would like to add something else onto this appointment", etc. It would be great if a notification or icon appeared next to clients who fill this field out online since it is an option online.

  13. It would be great if I could create a 'New Sale' without adding the client info into the system. We have alot of walkin's from nearby hotels that we would prefer are left out of metric reports since they will not be returning to the business. In our former software the option in the register was 'Anonymous Male' 'Anonymous Female'

  17. Not being able to edit tickets once the sale is pushed through is becoming a major issue for us. Mistakes happen or when new staff are at the front, it's hard to fix or we don't have access to fix it. Understand why not everyone should be able to edit tickets, but there should be a way to override or enter an admin code to allow us to edit these mistakes

To assist in the capture of leads and enhance client experience, it would be great to integrate an AI receptionist through Boulevard that can answer calls, field questions from leads/clients based on a knowledge database specific to the practice, and assist leads/clients with scheduling appointments -- much like Ring Central's AI receptionist service. The AI would have access to the client database, services, products etc., and would be able to text leads/clients that message through the Boulevard system, which will allow for immediate follow-ups to questions, concerns, or scheduling needs, leading to a better integrated and more complete client experience.…
