  1. It would be great to be able to shift appointments across the calendar (to change date, time, and/or service provider) but just clicking and holding onto it and moving it around.
    Having to open it up to change the edit appointment fields doesn't feel as intuitive for an app.

  4. We would like the ability to customize the order of how our staff are listed when patients choose a provider online. Instead of it being alphabetized, we would like to be able to list our primary injector first and secondary injector second.

  8. when a guest books online it should ask for phone number or email and it will show if that guest already has an existing profile, so as not to create multiple accounts in database. there for saving all info and confusion

  13. We are an IV hydration and wellness center so it would be nice if vital signs were able to be put in automatically. Height and weight with BMI calculation is important because we also do medical weightloss. This is very important to have the BMI calculated for us.

  14. It is vital to be able to show the PURCHASE DATE on the gift card report!! If there is an expiration policy we must be able to locate old cards and notify client their card is about to expire!!! From the accounting side we must be able to pull a valuation report that shows age of gift and balance at a given date or point in time!!

  15. Add integration capabilities with Rupa Labs to streamline lab test ordering and results management. This integration would allow healthcare providers using Boulevard to:

    • Seamlessly order lab tests directly through the Boulevard platform
    • Automatically receive and store lab results in patient profiles
    • Track pending lab orders and results
    • Send automated notifications to patients about lab results

    This integration would enhance Boulevard's functionality for medical spas and healthcare providers while providing a more streamlined experience for both practitioners and patients.

  17. Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.
