  4. Need to have Medical history with ICD10 codes, Medication with Interaction checker, and Escribe. Especially since most Med Spas prescribe medication for hormones, weight loss etc. It is actually critically needed.

  5. when a guest books online it should ask for phone number or email and it will show if that guest already has an existing profile, so as not to create multiple accounts in database. there for saving all info and confusion

  6. It is vital to be able to show the PURCHASE DATE on the gift card report!! If there is an expiration policy we must be able to locate old cards and notify client their card is about to expire!!! From the accounting side we must be able to pull a valuation report that shows age of gift and balance at a given date or point in time!!

  12. Notify staff when an appointment is moved from one staff member to another. It doesn't make since that this wasn't already thought of and integrated into the program. We had a client moved from one staff member to a different staff members schedule and Boulevard did not notify the new staff member. As a result, the client arrived for their appointment but the therapist was not in the spa because they were unaware an appointment had been moved to their schedule.

  13. Please please please please create a way to sort offers or put them in folders or something. It's absolute insanity after awhile with discount codes, influencer codes, adjustment codes... and it only sorts by recency. Sorting first, searching second (though that can be handled by a good ol' CTRL + F)

  17. Need a report where I can see how many people BOOKED appointments in a certain timeframe. So for example, if an appointment was booked on January 8 for an appointment in March... that's the data I'm looking for. We know how many people clicked on our website in a timeframe, but we don't know how many of those clicks turned into bookings. If you don't have a report for that, there's no way we can track it. This is very important data to track alongside marketing and SEO efforts!

  18. Every day we create a blocked time slot that is just general reception notes. Things like 'ashly working whole day'. 'call so and so to remind them of early shift' 'fire drill on x day'. We have a slack and a day of note book, but seeing a little tag seems to be the only way we can really manage this stuff...but it means one provider gets a ton of notes on their schedule.Pls add a day of notes feature.
