  1. The way Blvd calculates commission is not a true tiered method. The POS system we used to have calculated commission however we put into the system. I am asking that Blvd add the piece that we can customize our own commission structure. Right now it takes us hours to input into an Excel document and because we are doing this manually leaves many chances for error.

    Our commission structure is tiered as follows.

    $800-$1200 40%

    $1201-$1600 42%

    $1601-$1900 45%

    $1901-$2100 50%

    $2101 and up 60%

    In Blvd the commission is based on one % only. In Blvd if an employee…

  3. instead of having the 4/6/8 week button from todays date, it would be nice if it went from where you are on the calendar. So if a client likes to book for every 4 weeks and go every 4 weeks from that date and not just from todays date. The calendar would jump to every 4/6/8 weeks from any date.

  4. there needs to be a full price option to charge a no show client.
    Different salons have different cancellation policies.

    creating a product "cancellation fee" and then having to remove tax is to much extra work in order just to make one switch from 50% charge to full price charge

  5. I do not think the reviews are being used because 'tell us how we did' is not a strong call to action. As a customer I would not even know your requesting a review. It needs to stand out as a request. People pay extra for this feature alone so making this the best it can be is important.

  6. Allowing clients to be able to book out multiple appointments ahead of time without starting all over again. This was actually suggested by a client who is older and prefers to schedule appointments ahead of time online. She found it frustrating that she had to completely start over for each appointment when they all were the same thing over and over again. A feature where you could duplicate your last appointment or booking's services again so you can just skip to scheduling would be pretty helpful.

  10. When stylists are busy working on clients & reception staff is busy, it can slip through the cracks when an appointment time has changed for that day. It would be best if the system automatically notified the stylist (via text) any time there has been an adjustment to an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time. So that would include cancellations and appointment start times.

  11. Support for multi-merchant businesses to process payments for deposits and account credit in affiliation with their multi-merchant accounts i.e. have the ability to direct deposit funds to a specific merchant account rather than the general business.

  14. Some of our client's children use their parent's number but it's actually the parent's phone, and sometimes when the parent texts us it shows at the child's name. We're using the client tags as a small work around - marking children's, spouse's, or family member's profiles just so we know to double check the phone number, but it would be great if we could set which name defaults when we're texted by the number. Also - if a client and their child are booked on the same day with the same number, we've noticed that the confirmation text doesn't remind…

  16. Most businesses use their retail products or have a separate inventory for backbar products. In Boulevard the only way to scan out or "checkout" a backbar used item is to run it as a sale. If there was simply a separate system that could tie into the products that could automatically zero out a retail product and pull from both retail & backbar that would be great. Running it as a sale messes with the books and the accounting aspect because more taxing.

  18. We require a form of payment to hold an appointment and we charge that payment if that violate our cancelation policy. Gift cards are a form of payment. Many people do not like to give us credit card number when they have a GC
