  1. when a guest books online it should ask for phone number or email and it will show if that guest already has an existing profile, so as not to create multiple accounts in database. there for saving all info and confusion

  3. I am new to Boulevard and disappointed to see the lack of ability to create Quotes for patient via print and email. I use quotes every day to promote my practice, increase revenue and improve client scheduling and outcomes. Quotes are essential to a successful practice. Had I known this was not an option I would have considered another EMR system.

  4. You should be able to edit forms and charts and just have the time stamp reflect that it was edited like in all other EMR systems.

Create a way to create tasks and tag other colleagues, etc. For example, be able to flag an appt and ask the front desk staff to reschedule, tag something for someone else to review, create a task for someone to call and follow up with someone about something and choose the staff I want to assign it to

  11. Notify staff when an appointment is moved from one staff member to another. It doesn't make since that this wasn't already thought of and integrated into the program. We had a client moved from one staff member to a different staff members schedule and Boulevard did not notify the new staff member. As a result, the client arrived for their appointment but the therapist was not in the spa because they were unaware an appointment had been moved to their schedule.

  12. For instance, we would like to make offers limited by service provider -- either the providers who ARE available for the offer and the providers who aren't. In general, we should be able to customize our own offers much more granularly.

  15. it would be amazing to be able to take mobile payments through phone without having the need for the iPad, duo, and the laptop and the need to enter information. it's quite cumbersome for vendor events.

  16. It's fairly common have someone tell us that their significant other purchased them a package of massages. In order for the person gifted the massages we have to either double book an appointment slot with the package buyer so we can check out the appointment as a grouped ticket where we delete the buyer from the ticket but use a voucher that lives in their account, or we have to manually delete the voucher(s) from the buyer's account and then manually add corresponding vouchers to the person they bought them for.   18. When going to cancel a client's appointment, but they need to call back to reschedule, it would be nice to have a "client rescheduled or client will call back to reschedule" option under cancellation reason.

  19. Need a report where I can see how many people BOOKED appointments in a certain timeframe. So for example, if an appointment was booked on January 8 for an appointment in March... that's the data I'm looking for. We know how many people clicked on our website in a timeframe, but we don't know how many of those clicks turned into bookings. If you don't have a report for that, there's no way we can track it. This is very important data to track alongside marketing and SEO efforts!

  20. In the note area there are small tabs- Allergies and medications and a note section. Adding a lab tab would be very helpful. Right now we are adding to the note section
