  2. Having a reception app for clients so they can check in when they arrive at the salon in the event we don't have front desk staff (to cut down on people in the salon) and to limit people all touching the same iPad & stylists needing to remember/take time to clean the screen.

  3. It helps with marketing - being able to have specials for a company on slower days brings in more business. This is a common practice of businesses, so it would be great to have the support to be able to utilize this.

  4. If I am searching for a particular date at one location and switch to anothere location, the date should stay the same, not always jump back today's date.. one can click the 'today' button for that.

  5. This is CRUCIAL to retroactive analyses. If I was to ask of myself and staff to forecast scheduling needs based on our own data, it would be impossible at the moment without quite a lot of workaround. Example question; "How busy were we leading up to X holiday in 2020, 2019, 2018". At present, we can only see the schedule of service providers that are still active. Workaround would be to reactivate all staff if one remembered who worked when, then deativate them... this would cause vulnerability for seconds to minutes as reactivating could open staff for booking, send backlogged…

  11. Every time someone books a guest appt, it creates a new profile and doesn't link to our current clients. This causes duplicate profile, new intakes, and more problems. If the guest is a current client, they should be able to enter the email and link the accounts for the guest as well. This will also help with completing proper forms.

  12. If the client's appointment is already confirmed, the Forms Reminder email should look different than the confirmation email. Including the subject line, it all reads like another confirmation email so clients will ignore it because they think "I've already confirmed," often times they don't think to scroll down and see that forms are missing. At the very least, the subject line should indicate the difference.

  13. When staff members need to communicate about clients via EMR. Or as task list for staff, for example doctor needs to message nurse about following up with a client in 2 weeks. The doctor puts that task in the EMR, and then in 2 weeks, that task pops up for the nurse to do.

I need ASAP to know the appointments being booked day by day, and I contacted the BLVD person and she is telling me that this is not available inside BLVD and that only can be selected by person performance which is not what I need. I need a report of all appointments being booked day by day to make sure that appointments have been entered appropriately, scheduled with right services. I can’t be going day by day to see who was booked and what services they did because I have new employees on training still and this is a new…

  20. Providers should have the ability to view their own client ratings in Boulevard. Currently, only admins can see these, and enabling this feature for providers also grants access to other providers’ ratings and additional permissions, which isn’t ideal. It would be helpful if providers could receive an email notification whenever a client leaves them a rating, and if they could view all ratings left by clients directly within the client’s profile.
