Add a permission within the privilege group settings that allows users to edit loyalty points without needing the location manager permission turned on

There are specific privilege settings/permissions for allowing users to adjust account credit and gift card balances but not for loyalty points. We need this! When you refund or void orders loyalty points don't get deducted so we need an easy way for our front desk to deduct themselves without having to give them access to the "manage" tab.
