  1. We are an IV hydration and wellness center so it would be nice if vital signs were able to be put in automatically. Height and weight with BMI calculation is important because we also do medical weightloss. This is very important to have the BMI calculated for us.

  2. You should be able to edit forms and charts and just have the time stamp reflect that it was edited like in all other EMR systems.

  5. We have a membership that requires an enrollment fee and also charges monthly. I know how to set up a membership for purchase online, however since there is no way to charge the enrollment fee with it we aren't able to see memberships online. We need an update to allow for an enrollment fee to be automatically charged ONCE so that we can sell memberships online.

  8. It would be awesome if we could set branding preferences for marketing (brand fonts, colors, etc.) and have them saved rather than having to change each thing every time we want to send out an email.

  9. For instance, we would like to make offers limited by service provider -- either the providers who ARE available for the offer and the providers who aren't. In general, we should be able to customize our own offers much more granularly.

  11. We have several clients that wish to use their card on file to pay for other people (their spouse, friend, child, etc.) when they don't have an appointment at the same time. It is frustrating for us as the business as well as clients to have to re-enter their card information onto each client's profile they wish to pay for. If there was a way to easily transfer that information such as setting up a paying client or marking clients as minors under a parent account so their card will populate, that would be very helpful.

  13. It would be very useful to send messages from clients as a text message to my phone. It is not useful that i can get a text that my client has 'arrived" but not a message that they are running late, want to cancel last minute or message me to reschedule. We are a small and busy clinic that does not sit in front of computer monitors watching for messages.

  15. Most appointment changes by the front desk are for internal purposes only... it would be nice if the "resend confirmation" box is unchecked by default so the client doesn't accidentally receive unnecessary reminders.

  16. It's impossible to see when and where a voucher was redeemed right now. So if clients have a shared membership and ask why they dont have a voucher on their account, you cant tell who redeemed which voucher and when. There should be a way to see a clear history of a clients voucher redemptions

  17. It is incredibly inefficient to switch between Gear and Manage. A few opportunities for improvement;

    • If permissions allow, simply display all settings, even if not edit-able.

    • Add a "switch" at the top to switch between gear (Business) and manage (Location)

    • The biggest issue switching between the two is your online location is lost. So if you are in a particular service and change between gear and manage you need to locate the service from scratch, if your browsing location can be saved when switching, this would be a satisfactory temporary fix.

    • This issue is most annoying regarding products and services.

  20. it would be amazing to be able to take mobile payments through phone without having the need for the iPad, duo, and the laptop and the need to enter information. it's quite cumbersome for vendor events.
