  1. online booking exact dollar amounts instead of percentages. When we set up online booking deposits, we can only do a percentage. Our business charges exact dollar amounts like $77, $99, etc.

    Can we get a feature, where we can do percentage deposit or an exact deposit amount?

  2. boulevard needs to make a way for medspas to enter diagnosis codes and cpt codes. currently we dont even have a way to make that information show up in notes on a patient receipt.
    Patients that wish to send to an insurance company on their own have to have this information.

    You also DEFINITELY need a way to make a non global area on a patient receipt to add notes for the patient to see

  3. A page like the cancellations page that shows only rescheduled appointments. Often times a client will reschedule same day, close to their appointment time and I cant find who it was, like their name to see if it is a common re occurrence.

  6. We would like the ability to customize the order of how our staff are listed when patients choose a provider online. Instead of it being alphabetized, we would like to be able to list our primary injector first and secondary injector second.

    Tips received (ideally per service or per day)

  13. Push notification or text alert when someone joins your waitlist. The current alert is SO easy to miss unless you have staff stationed in front of the computer. Most stylists/receptionists/managers are always too busy to sit and stare at the computer.

  15. I’d love to see an all-in-one retention report that provides a comprehensive overview of total, new, and repeat clientele. I have to pull multiple reports to gather this information, but consolidating it into a single report would greatly improve efficiency.

    Additionally, I’d like to suggest updating the terminology from "pre-booking" to "rebooking" for better clarity and consistency.

  16. I am new to Boulevard and disappointed to see the lack of ability to create Quotes for patient via print and email. I use quotes every day to promote my practice, increase revenue and improve client scheduling and outcomes. Quotes are essential to a successful practice. Had I known this was not an option I would have considered another EMR system.

  18. We are an IV hydration and wellness center so it would be nice if vital signs were able to be put in automatically. Height and weight with BMI calculation is important because we also do medical weightloss. This is very important to have the BMI calculated for us.
