  1. Every day we create a blocked time slot that is just general reception notes. Things like 'ashly working whole day'. 'call so and so to remind them of early shift' 'fire drill on x day'. We have a slack and a day of note book, but seeing a little tag seems to be the only way we can really manage this stuff...but it means one provider gets a ton of notes on their schedule.Pls add a day of notes feature.   3. I would love to be able to use clients' account credits towards their monthly membership fee. Currently there is no way to do this without cancelling the membership fee and redoing the entire sale/membership.

  4. If the client is already booked with us they should only have to enter either there phone # or there email and not have to retype all the personal info each time they check in. Also it would be great if they where able to pick what service they are there for when checking in for there appointment

  5. When viewing a clients history have the time of their appointment next to the date, would be helpful when rebooking them to see what times they prefer.

  6. .... showed in the messages itself as new notifications that the text wasn't received or was blocked. This would potentially allow responsible businesses to take into account that there was no receiving of the text so they could call them instead or otherwise.

  8. When our service providers get a notification that their client has arrived and checked in, they would like to see "X has checked in for the following services..." so they don't have to separately check their books and see what's booked. It is a simple thing that would save extra time, and sometimes our service providers have been missing out on services because the client won't mention it to them in the chair if the provider doesn't bring it up.

  9. Provide a detailed list, log or trail of all appointments that have been booked, canceled, or rescheduled. Admins need to have an overview. Admins need to keep an eye on the schedule, and at this point only the induvudual service provider gets an update on the appointments. Give admins ability to see all new bookings, cancelations and reschedules.

  10. A Beta Report for Booked Forecasting with the ability to filter by Service Name. It would also be beneficial to filter by Service Category, Offer Code (Discount Name), Staff Name, etc. as you can with other Beta Reports.

  11. A specific example that comes up for us A LOT is wanting to discount the first 3 months of a membership and then have the 4th term go back to the standard pricing.

  12. We'd love something similar to the Front Desk view that has a list of unconfirmed clients on the mobile app so our stylists can see it from their phones if they aren't at the salon. Or even if the unconfirmed appointments had a symbol or different look on the mobile app to easily identify them, that would be helpful so we can attempt to reach out to them directly.

  13. Generate different discount codes in marketing emails that can only be used one time. For example, a discount code for clients on their birthday but each code is different.

  14. Modifiers currently work as intended for customers booking online with Min and Max settings. They should automatically show when booking an appointment from front desk as they do for online (if a modifier exists for a service). They also do not follow ANY of the rules (at the front desk) defined by setup of a service such as Min and Max, rendering them mostly useless because of this broken cohesiveness between online and front desk booking.
