Implement QR Codes for quick checkout
It'd be great if we could generate QR codes that load client carts after seeing a provider to allow for faster checkout during events and sales.

Add the ability to hyperlink provider names
We'd like to be able to add these hyperlinks to take clients to photos of the provider's work so they can get a better visual of who will be working on their hair!

Count up employee hours so we are not manually counting them.
Instead of having to manually count up hours each day and add them all up the system should count up the hours and give us a total to be able to easily and efficiently do payroll.

allow to create more than one message at a time and move between views.
Before the messages was update, you were able to create more than one message at a time and click between 'calendar' and 'front desk' while having the message(s) open. Is there a way to get those features back?

When someone books for their child (guest of...) the credits should be easier to use under the person it was booked for.

Online Booking and Pre-purchases for client
Clients are SO confused with online booking and being able to pre-purchase services online. What needs to be fixed:
- Remove individual appt vs group appt - it is too many steps for the client
- Be able to hyperlink directly to the service and/or category to link to socials and our website links.
- Customize order for category and services vs auto-default to alphabetical

Guest should be able to edit their BLVD rating
We had a guest come in who accidentally clicked the wrong rating for his appointment and then couldn't change it. Or at least let us be able to add notes to the rating that we followed up with the guest.

Billing: Keep invoices in the correct billing account based on when it owned a location
Locations can be sold between franchises. Billing will reflect previous invoices under the new franchise, when we need visibility into which invoices pertained to which billing account.

For email and text reminders, it would be great if BLVD allowed us to specify weekdays.
We are closed on weekends so we want our clients receiving email reminders 5 business days/weekdays prior and text reminders 3 business days/weekdays prior and not have the weekends count.

show the full service name on commission report
Currently when you run the commission report, it cuts off the name of the service. You should be able to see the full service name for accurate reporting.

Membership Transaction History Report
Need to be able to print or save as PDF the membership/ account credit transaction history when client requests for a transaction report to confirm they are up to date of their credits or if there are confusions to how many credits/vouchers they have.
Also helps if clients can see their balances through their own client portal

Forms not in appointment details page online
For Forms, if the same-day reminder and Duo app are the only options turned on, the form should not be available to sign in the Appointment Details page online,

Include all booked appointments in Reports (not just closed ones)
3 of our 4 locations are rental, and not everyone processes their service payments through Boulevard. We would love to have a report for ALL booked appointments regardless of if they are checked out, so that we have an accurate appointment count for each location.

Service Records - Filters
The report is getting too large and we are unable to create any filters. Every other report has filters - can we try and make this one be filterable or have a date range?
