Beau messaging lead board
It would be helpful to have a live "lead" board of sorts to organize Beau messages. I want to be able to see what messages have been read, and what messages still need staff follow through to either create an appointment, or contact the client back. A giant list of messages is confusing. Especially when you have call forwarding enabled, because all calls look like they are coming from the exact same number.
