Customizable confirmation and reminder emails/texts
This would allow businesses to edit the copy and structure of the confirmation and reminder emails and text messages sent to clients when they book an appointment.
Example: If clients are booking a virtual consult or a telehealth appointment, this would give them the ability to remove the physical location of the spa or clinic where the appointment is booked from the transactional notifications.
