bookable time block
There isn’t a way to place a “bookable meeting” on the schedule that clients can still book over. If you add an appointment to the calendar, that time is fully blocked and cannot be booked online.
If you add a time block (for meetings, lunches, etc.), clients will simply see that time as unavailable and won’t be able to book it.
So there isn’t currently a feature that lets you:
reserve time for a meeting
still allow clients to book it
and automatically move the meeting if a client books
