  2. Allow for creation of promotional products that don't skew retail product averages. I.e. I want to send thank you cards to patients and track that in BLVD on the patient profile (and possibly a separate promotional product report) but don't want to skew retail averages because it is a product.
    Almost like a 'misc product' or 'misc item' that doesn't skew data on retail products.
    Would also be helpful for promotional items

  5. When looking at the cancellation appts it would be nice to either be able to delete them onced you've followed to see if they've re-booked, or be able to see if they have rebooked from that screen.

  6. I’d love to suggest a streamlined feature for the Boulevard Duo app check-in process: the ability to add 2–3 short, customizable questions that pop up when a client checks in—without requiring them to complete a full form.

    These would be lightweight, quick-response questions (multiple choice, yes/no, or short text) designed to improve client care and communication in a seamless way. For example:

    “Do you prefer a silent appointment?” (Options: Yes / No / Depends on the day)

    “Have you recently changed anything in your skincare or medications?” (Yes / No)

    Optional third question (customizable per business or provider)

  8. I don't love that for certain items, like t-shirts, I have to enter a separate product for each size/color combination. I'd love if selecting a product could give me the option to then choose the size and color within that product. It would certainly make inventory a lot easier.

When running reports I compare my weeks and months worth of income data and there are times when orders remain open for some reason (like when I keep my order open until I'm certain I'm paid - at times people paying electronic payment I may have to follow up or pending payment if combining with another service the next day for example), going into the next day. This skews reporting when I want to run reports based on actual day of the appointment and not when the order was closed.

  10. each time I try to submit an idea I get an error message saying something went wrong try again later.
    I don't know if the idea went through or not.
    its important that we be able to trust our POS system software.

  11. NOT just for staff members/providers. Its weird you can do it on the calendar (GREAT!) but not an option on front desk?? I use the front desk view a lot, and right now there is no way to see what the service category is without clicking buttons, etc.

  14. When printing records for a patient there is not easy way to do it. You should have a function that prints the entire record easily. Currently you cannot print the notes section with allergies and such without taking a screenshot and having other client names in the background. That is not hippa compliant at all. Medical aesthetics clinics MUST be able to print the full chart with ease. Unacceptable.

  15. Agreements may require information that the business completes upon consultation. Then, it needs to be sent or turned over to the client for them to date and sign.
    Forms/charts today are either fully completed by the client or fully completed by the employee, but not a combination of both.

  16. We recommend implementing an automatic feature in Boulevard that adds each guest’s monthly membership payment directly to their account as a credit. This change will streamline operations, reduce manual tracking errors, and ensure members always have immediate access to their benefits.

    By automating this process, we not only save valuable staff time but also enhance the guest experience with a more seamless and transparent system. This update will create consistency, reduce confusion, and improve overall membership management.

  17. We need to be able to change out services on the calendar without it taking away from the Calendar view. Today for example, we changed out what our client did completely and you can see what she did in history but if you look at today on the calendar, her appointment is gone. If you switch out services, you should still be able to see it on the calendar.

  18. I want to watch the performance of a specific service category as well as how it is being paid for. For some reason you dont have this option anywhere. Expanded filters would be very good. So far I have found boulevard reports to be limiting and frustrating. MY old software from the 2010s had better reports. I'd love to see you improve this!!
